# How do I take a screen shot of my login and upload it to the survery? Thanks,

After you log in you should be able to click on your name in the top right corner to view your profile. Use Carl+print screen or snipping tool to show that you are logged in (top part of the screen with your name should be fine) you should be able to upload it using the link in the review
