What do you like best about Quark Docurated?

I haven't worked with it directly all that much -- more of a product/UX tool than marketing directly, but I weigh in on the strategy behind its use -- but dynamic webpage content is a huge opportunity that many companies don't take enough advantage of. What do you dislike about Quark Docurated?

It's kind of a daunting layout if you're not used to it. While the interface is actually fairly intuitive, there are simply so many options that there's a bit of a learning curve until you've established some basic use cases to build off of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quark Docurated solving and how is that benefiting you?

From a marketing perspective, a long sales cycle essentially means you aren't speaking to the same person by the time they've gotten from one end of the consumer journey to the other. Discovery differs from consideration from evangelism, etc. Docurated makes mapping website content to buyer personas easier than I've ever seen before, creating a tailored experience that lends itself to the belief that our product is solving problems as they're being voiced in real-time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quark Docurated?

The ability to search and find information via keyword (not just the file name but actual content contained in the document) saves so much time and frustration whether the data is in word, ppt, keynote, etc. The second best feature is the ability to share documents and gain valuable insights in how the user is consuming the content. What do you dislike about Quark Docurated?

Upload file size limits of 100megs (not realistic for long, graphics-intensive presentations) and slow uploading/indexing time. The files should be uploadable and viewable immediately, with indexing happening in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quark Docurated solving and how is that benefiting you?

Docurated solves the challenges of easily organizing and finding information within documents across a team or entire organization (think presentations, RFPs, etc.). The ability to clip parts of these documents and create new files, and share it is extremely helpful as well. Securely sharing documents outside of the organization using the "presentor" feature and gaining insights into how users are viewing the information is a key feature as well. What do you like best about Quark Docurated?

The Docurated solution saves valuable time required to store and manage important marketing collateral! End users spend less time looking for this valuable collateral as they are able to search just like they do in Google. Docurated technical and customer service teams are great to work with and will guide the process as much or as little as is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quark Docurated?

It's sort of silly to make people write about what they disliked....and also requiring it to be 40 characters. In my case, I didn't have anything to share on this topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
