What do you like best about Loop Returns?

I really like the easy-to-use interface. We can see every past and current return/exchange right from the dashboard--we know which packages have been delivered and which packages to expect in the upcoming week. The returns portal has also drastically improved our customer experience. It is very intuitive and straightforward, and hardly anyone has to reach out to our customer service department regarding returns anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loop Returns?

Sometimes I get confused while viewing exchange orders with which product is being returned to us and which product the customer is exchanging FOR. My only suggestion would be to make exchanges look a bit more straightforward. Otherwise, my company has no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the general functionality and ease of customization. Workflows are by far my favorite and I'm excited to see them further improve this function that allows you to get a bit more granular with products especially if you sell specialty items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Loop Returns?

Super easy to use plus it provides easy-to-understand instructions that everyone can follow. Even my kids can easily follow the instructions here in Loop Returns. Plus our company has been using this for 5 years already and we will never use any other platforms except Loop Returns. I also like how it is user friendly and makes our lives much easier. What do you dislike about Loop Returns?

Too cheap! This kind of app needs to be at least worth more than it currently is. I don't think any other platforms are comparable to loop returns. We'll be sure to use it longer! Personally, I do not dislike anything about loop. It provides excellent service plus an easy platform to use. Our company is using Loop returns since day one and we are very thankful for this wonderful platform that you have made for all e-commerce companies can use. What do you like best about Loop Returns?

When we launched Loop Returns our ticket volume decreased by 80%. We are a small team and managing returns on our own was beginning to get overhwelming. We are so glad to have found Loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hopefully in the future, Loop will allow for 1. multiple labels to be created for an order that had more than one shipment 2. ability to purchase expedited shipping during the instant exchange process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pretty Good Returns/Exchanges Solution But Still Some Hiccups"
What do you like best about Loop Returns?

I love the automation of the software. Previously, everything we did was done manually, so to have it automated is a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loop Returns?

I don't love some of the hiccups we've experienced over the two years we've used the product. We've had issues with exchange amounts because we offer products at sitewide discounts and promo-code options. Most recently, there was an issue where Loop was refunding more than what customers paid for products, it may have been solved, but we're not sure, and we don't know why that happened. Sometimes it's challenging to get ahold of our account manager or get problems solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Loop Returns?

Loop is constantly releasing new features and improvements that allow us to expand and improve our post-purchase experience. We partnered with Loop when we were both small companies and have loved seeing Loop grow while we've grown as well. Their support team is always quick to respond, and we've loved the CSMs we've worked with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loop Returns?

My biggest gripe with Loop is that we're not able to play with the data as much as I'd like. The analytics tab is often painfully slow, and sometimes the standard reports within Analytics and the standard reports you can download don't always cover the data I want to look at. It would be super helpful to be able to select the columns I'd like to export or have the option to create custom widgets within analytics.

We are also under pretty intense pressure from our executive team to deliver an in-store return system, so we don't have to do so manually. Although things through Loop are great for the eComm side of things, we'd also love to provide that same experience through retail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
