I really like the easy-to-use interface. We can see every past and current return/exchange right from the dashboard--we know which packages have been delivered and which packages to expect in the upcoming week. The returns portal has also drastically improved our customer experience. It is very intuitive and straightforward, and hardly anyone has to reach out to our customer service department regarding returns anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I get confused while viewing exchange orders with which product is being returned to us and which product the customer is exchanging FOR. My only suggestion would be to make exchanges look a bit more straightforward. Otherwise, my company has no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
