**What do you like best about Hostinger?**

as well as hosting are ok. the speed is exactly for the money paid, not too much but not too little.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

They are cheating customers and that is low. Unfortunately they do a scam, even if they say all the things you get when you register and buy - in different packages, I was surprised to receive the next higher bill because for example backup even if it says it's included, after the first invoice where is included it costs extra monthly. This makes me think that many specifications will start costing monthly because that's what happens in low scams. There is nowhere - anywhere - specified you'll be charged after 1st invoice for options included and advertised as such in package paid. I don't like being fooled.

Provide hosting of many websites with a single plan wich is very good if you're managing many websites.

Have been using hostinger for more than 4 years now and the experience has been flawless... The support is prompt and very helpful... They have always helped me well to sort out my problems without fail...

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

The renewal cost is 4 times the initial cost, thay makes the renewal very expensive... Once in 4 years my websites were hacked and malicious data was injected to the site... I dont know how it happened, and hostinger could not help me with that!

I created a website on hostinger and later deleted it. I wanted to build another website again using the previous domain but it was locked through namecheap. I was able to chat with customer support through their messager who helped walk me through setting up a verification  txt host.

The UI is good,  but still feels like it could be updated.

Cheap hosting with easy domain transfers.

Honestly the pricing, it's hard for start-ups to simply not lose money, and it's ard for young professionals to pay their bills, so going for discount prices and excellent quality is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

The current staff level and the jump in prices after my 1st 4-year subscription, it's not sustainable to keep going up and at the same time, you're losing your good pricing.

**What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would like the pricing to be maintained and for cybersecurity to be heavily-invested in, most users don't know cybersecurity - so hostinger should on our behalf. And make your website builder as easy as WiX - with more templates than WiX.

The best thing I like about hostinger is the customer support and all the representatives go out of the box to help the client. I am very much happy with the services.

I feel if hostinger can increase the chat support reply time a bit faster so that client can experience more the better side of the hostinger. Many a time it takes even more than 30mins to get a response which is little bit frustrating if the work is in an emergency situation.

Well it helps my site from phising and spam and the speed is pretty fast compare to other hosting provider in that same price range. Best is SSL is free which I feel is agreat advantage for the client.

The best part about hostinger is that it helps the user to find domains and how to host the website very easily and also the cpannel in the hostinger which makes it very easy to manage the files in our domain.

There are many benifits of hostinger but the one thing that I think can be changed is that hostinger should tell the user before the payment page that if you choose 3 years then only the amount will be 149 or something which would be more helpful.

The major problem of hosting my website online and managing the database was solved very easily and efficiently by hostinger and the the files can be easily managed also was provided with a personal mail id associated with the domain.

i was having some old customers, there website were built on php 5.6, which was not supported by most of hosting providers. But hostzinger provided by php 5.6 to 8.0 php support.

My customer are happy, as they need not to re-develop the website.

The best part about hostinger is its h pannel of the file manager which makes it very easier to customize your website and re upload it and also the package which I had choosen had given me a free domain as well as gmail which was very helpful.

Overall everything worked for me but first when i saw the pricing i thought it was for one month the when i went to payment page then i understood that it was only when we purchased it for 3 years.

I haven't experienced any downtime with Hostinger. They offer plenty of space for all the files I need for my website and lots of other goodies to make my website a success. Their customer service is the best in the business. Very professional and very helpful.

I haven't had any downsides. Everything has worked as it should.

I really haven't had any problems. A couple times with paying my bill on time and they ALWAYS worked with me.

The offerings cover all my hosting and email needs. The control panel is comprehensive and almost everything can be done from there. I have had occasions to use the online chat support and it has been excellent. The agent has been able to understand and solve the problem themselves, including making technical changes, rather than just raising a ticket with someone else

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

The offerings are comprehensive, which sometimes means a bit complex. Sometimes a bit of study was required to work out what to do. As mentioned, the online chat was excellent is helping with this.

It was simple to move my basic website from elsewhere and to set up the domains and email accounts that I needed

The chat feature kept its word, I didn't wait longer than 10 minutes for a response (except once 22 minutes)  which I didn't mind at the time because she was reviewing my past chat. It was helpful to get an immediate response

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

I had to repeat myself. I felt like the support staff did not read my issue. They posted what they felt and I had to say to explain to both Flora and Letecia the issue over and over again. With Letecia I asked her SEVERAL times if I was paying for twice for the same service - she proceeded to talk about my domain issue.

**What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I accidentally deleted my account. Flora took 22 minutes to "review" my account but she was oblivious to the problem.  I was on the chat line for FIVE HOURS!  FIVE!  Letecia pointed out my domain name needed to be paid but Flora (22 minutes to read) tried to get me to create another domain account instead of activating my old account. Also she kept trying to get me to back up my account (no domain activation) whenall i had to do was disconnect my account. My entire day was shot!  The very first person I spoke to was helpful and actually listened.

There is nothing that I have experienced that would cause me to dislike anything about Hostinger. The service is far superior to other services and their costs are reasonable for such great service.

I like the basic (not in the wrong way) mailbox and platform. Most other platforms have ads or try to get too much information on shown.
The email was easy to setup, great price and the support is beyond helpful.

There are no downsides (yet). I honestly really enjoy there services. I am also an IT manager and will be switching our company to Hostinger soon.

It has everything you need to build the perfect website. 
Their setup times were speedy and easy to do.
My costs are lower now, which always helps.
I have had zero downtime so far.

Everything in one place. Prompt, professional, friendly customer service. Great interface. All functions are easily accessible. Clean dashboard. Ease of use. All web hosting and domain functions are easy to use, and if I don't understand something at first, the help is there, or if I can't find the answer there, the customer service will solve my problem. The service price/value ratio is adequate

Some functions could be handed over to my partners for management if there was a Hungarian-language interface. But, it's not there yet. I can't mention anything else here.

Fast reliable hosting. Easy-to-use domain registration and administration. Professional Wordpress installer application and other software, although I mostly use wordpress. Simple, easy-to-use email service.

Very bad customer chat support. Response time too high. Mostly the first response from chat support team is after 2 hours whereas it is said that we will get response within 10 minutes. Most of them at chat support just copy paste the message and fail to understand the real problem. However, I am really happy with one person (Ms Andrea) she is exceptional, excellent and very help. Rest others are good for nothing...
