Easy process to host my Node.js app. After syncing with my project on GitHub, all the deployment configuration was auto-detected and already taken care of for me.

I don’t have anything negative to say about using the platform. The prices feel a bit high for short-term subscriptions, but the value is much better if you subscribe for a longer term.

The pricing is absolutely unbeatable - I'm paying around $2.69/month for shared hosting which is incredible value. The uptime has been consistently good at 99.96% during my usage period, and my website loads reasonably fast considering the low cost. The hPanel control panel is much more user-friendly than cPanel - it's clean, intuitive, and perfect for beginners who don't want to deal with technical complexities.

I really appreciate that SSL certificates, weekly backups, and CDN are included for free. The customer support via live chat is responsive, usually answering within 5 minutes, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Setting up WordPress was a breeze with their one-click installer, and the entire setup process took less than 2 minutes. The LiteSpeed web servers also provide better performance compared to traditional Apache servers at this price point.

The main issue I've encountered is inconsistent performance - sometimes the Time to First Byte (TTFB) can spike up to 1.3 seconds, which affects loading speeds. While the average performance is decent, these occasional slowdowns can be frustrating, especially during peak hours.

Page speed directly impacts Google rankings and user experience. Hostinger's LiteSpeed servers and built-in CDN have improved my websites' loading times significantly compared to my previous shared hosting provider. This helps my clients rank better in search results and reduces bounce rates.

I use Hostinger for web hosting to host my website. I appreciate the fast access to my website and the affordability.I have to admit that Hostinger is by far the best in terms of speed, pricing, and most of all, their support. As a web designer, it's important to have prompt support since I host my clients' websites on Hostinger.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

I have issues with web optimization and hosting slowdowns sometimes. Websites can slow down during busy times or after updates, which is a bit frustrating. More simple tools to speed up sites would be really helpful. Also, better alerts about server load would improve the experience. The initial setup was somewhat complex, which wasn't very effective, so I think that could be improved too.

I've never seen much downtime over 3 years.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

The site UI can be a little disorganized.

**What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hostinger keeps my WordPress stack fast and boring so I can ship content instead of babysitting servers. That’s it. The combo of LiteSpeed + sane caching + one-click SSL/staging means I spend time writing, not wrestling PHP.

Real benefits I’m seeing:

Speed without gymnastics. Out of the box caching + CDN play nice with my setup; my /image-slop-index/ page pulled a clean 100/100/100/100 in Lighthouse. No plugin Jenga.

Zero-drama deploys. Staging → swap → done. I can push a custom sitemap plugin, break it safely, and roll back in minutes.

Maintenance that doesn’t eat my day. Auto-backups, quick PHP version flips, SSH/WP-CLI when I need it, and a file manager when I don’t.

Cost sanity. I’m not paying enterprise money to host an indie site. The performance is “good enough” without becoming a second job.

It offers an affordable price and a wide variety of options. Although I am a beginner in the world of web design, it has provided me with the necessary tools to do a great job.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

Well, so far I have nothing negative to say. I don't have many websites to thoroughly evaluate the hosting performance, but for now I am very satisfied. However, I have the impression that the support used to be more personalized. The current bot doesn't assist me in the same way, and I really hope they can improve that aspect. It's always preferable to talk to a person from the support team than to try to explain something to a bot.

On a personal level, I try to run my future consulting business and keep my parenting blog alive.

The initial setup and pricing are straightforward. The hPanel interface is easy to navigate for basic hosting tasks.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

Hostinger suspended my client's domain at the registrar level for alleged malware on a WordPress installation hosted on their platform, despite the actual website being hosted on an entirely separate provider (Pressable). This took down both the website and all email for a medical practice for multiple days.

Over dozens of support interactions, agents contradicted each other repeatedly, falsely claimed Verisign was responsible for the suspension (an ICANN RDAP lookup confirmed the domain status was "active" at the registry level and the real issue was Hostinger pointing nameservers to dns-suspended.com), refused to escalate to a manager despite over a dozen requests, and cited a "three strikes" policy they could not locate in their own Terms of Service when asked.

The most damaging aspect is that Hostinger suspends domains at the registrar level rather than just the hosting level. This means if they flag your hosting, they also kill your email and any services tied to the domain. For a medical practice, losing email for days is not a minor inconvenience.

**What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hostinger was being used as a domain registrar and email host (Titan Mail) for a client's medical practice. It is currently not solving any problems. It is creating them. We are actively migrating the domain to another registrar and planning to move email to Google Workspace because of this experience. I would strongly recommend keeping your domain registrar separate from your hosting provider, especially if using Hostinger.

I used my NodeJS project to test and I found the setup process is quick and beginner friendly. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. So far I see the server  performance is reliable. Also their life chat support response is very impressive. Honestly It feels like a great deal.

The setup is easy, but customisation options feels limited.

**What do you like best about Hostinger?**

Since sharing my review, I have moved to VPS hosting, which is slightly cheaper than Cloud Hosting, but has dedicated server resources, strong performance. It is hard to manage since it's completely managed by me, but 3rd party panels like Cyber panel have made the job easy. Even after being a VPS it's on the lower end of performance for VPS level hostings, which might explain there low costs. The resources are ample, but ttfb is still 600ms+, and despite my best efforts it doesn't go down, likely hinting at server wakeup delays. 

It seems like a great value for money, and now I don't have major complaints with it, but at the same time it is nowhere close to ideal yet. Though due to the value for money it offers, I intend to continue using it for atleast next 6 months.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

They can be more transparent by providing analytics hinting at how sever is performing. The resources are poorly explained, like they say 200 GB SSD, good knows how old is it, for all I know it could be an ancient SATA SSD from 2 decades ago (Im not alleging anything but they can explain). That's true even for CPU. 4 CPU cores is meaningless. When comparing there plans I know that 4 cores > 2 cores, but how do I know how my cpu stacks with the competing services.

I am hosting my online business and services through WordPress. It has a very well designed control panel, far better than the conventional cPanel. I intended to provide high performance experience to my users, but its performance is not really ideal.

Recently our hosting server got migrated to new server and transmission was very smooth, also we got ample of time to new IP pointing and during that period Hostinger keep our website running with redirection which help us for zero downtime in this whole process .

Yes, Still I feel the same to have the permanent IP address for all the upgrade option.

For now, we have Hosted Multisite WordPress in our business hosting plan currently it is working fine with the provided security feature. like malware scanning and IP blocking.
As it tuned web hosting even with the  1.5GB of Ram website is working fine.

I chose to switch to Hostinger after years of maintaining my WordPress websites on AWS Lightsail because of persistent security breaches and annoying WordPress auto-update problems.  Hostinger's one-click migration tool made the process of moving extremely easy.  Their real support team stepped in and finished the process for me with zero downtime in cases where automated migration failed or for more complicated migrations.

 I've had total peace of mind, enhanced security, and optimized speed since moving.  It really is "host it and forget it" with Hostinger since they handle everything in the background, freeing me up to concentrate fully on managing my company rather than resolving server problems.

So far, I haven’t faced any issues, everything has been working exactly as expected

After shifting our WordPress hosting till today we have not faced any slowdown or website crash issues, otherwise every alternate day we used to face website page not opening issue, and then to make it work server restart was required, but after shiting our websites to Hostinger these issue has been rectified.

I'm sure many of you have used websites or software that only allow you to make small changes with the tools they provide. But for people who have been doing it for a while, you'll soon realize that Hostinger is lacking tools that allow you to make some big customizations. It's not that big of a deal for me, since I can use a different service if I wish. It's also nice to know that Hostinger has maintenance scheduled every so often, so that they can make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. But it's frustrating to know that I can't even access the services when they're down during those scheduled maintenance times.

Hostinger's website is very user friendly - there is a very user friendly mobile version which flattens the navigation bar so it will work on a mobile device, and the simple interface allows us to look at their services and prices without needing to dig through the site to find stuff. It's very easy to find a package and upgrade our account. They also have a blog and a forum where you can learn more about their services and talk to the support team and other people who are also using their services.

The coupon provided by the team for 3 year hosting purchase. I know its to low as compare to purchasing from new account but mine is old and i want to be with consistent with hostinger so when renewal of account please give a good discount. I don't have to feel like have to go another hosting. Btw hostinger is best at all.

Yeah... That giving a discount to the existing account holder as well because we are continuously with hostinger.

The problem 1st is A.I Hostinger is not working properly earlier its like hault or error every 2-3try after i raise concern with team via chat support they take that in investigation after that i received a update from Hostinger A.I plugin on WordPress. Its now working properly.

It's very complicated to deactivate a service, cancel the subscription, and delete a VPS at Hostinger. They try to lock customers into their service. The initial setup was complicated, especially to connect a domain name to the service, and I ultimately did not succeed. I couldn't generate an SSL certificate.

I find that Hostinger complicates the deactivation of services and the deletion of a VPS, and connecting a domain is difficult.

No phone support, chat only. Make you work through an AI bot. They have the worlds dumbest migration policy. If you have a site and want to migrate to them they make you move to their DNS for CDN, but the worse part is that they do not let you add or import any records into their name servers before moving. This means that when you change your name servers to point to theirs you will be down. What is even worse is that they make you wait for full propagation across the Internet BEFORE they let you add any records. So you maybe be down for 48 hours while they propagate (2 full days!). I have NO idea how they are in business with dumb policies like this, every other hosting provider and DNS provider and BEST PRACTICE allows you to have all your record BEFORE you change your name server on the new system. Outages, if any, are minimal. Hard to understand why anyone would design something so stupid, and yes this is a design, not a technical limitation. Someone at Hostinger had to be intentionally stupid to force something that would other wise take seconds and could be done BEFORE migration. Run away, who knows what other dumb decisions they are making.  Update 9/20/25 : Thank you for the public response that clearly shows you don't understand the problem, sad. Allowing customers to add records to a name server can be done at anytime, regardless of propagation. This is just a choice from Hostinger, a dumb one, but yet a choice. Congratulations.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hostinger. Yesterday, without any prior warning or notification, they suddenly took down my website just because it was using a .ir domain. They claimed it was subject to sanctions.

The worst part is that they completely removed the site from the hosting environment without informing us. For hours, we were extremely worried that even our backups might have been deleted. They gave us absolutely no heads-up, and the entire situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress until we finally managed to retrieve our backups.

It’s worth mentioning that a few months ago they restricted access to the hosting panel from sanctioned countries (like Iran and Russia). At that time, at least they informed us one month in advance. That gave us time to prepare. But this time, they acted in the most unprofessional way possible, shutting down services with no notice at all.

Overall, this has been an unreliable and very frustrating experience. If you are considering Hostinger and your domain or access might be affected by sanctions, be aware that they may suddenly cut your service without warning and put your data at risk.

I upgraded to their business hosting and there is a decent performance boost. I also like the ability to have staging sites.

While I did have issues with their support last year, this year when I needed support they helped right away. I still am not a fan of their AI support though.

They house my primary websites.   I appreciate that Hostinger offers terrific quality hosting at a decent price.   While I have been with them, they have not had any downtime that lasted more than a few moments.   I am a bit nervous though as they are tough to get ahold of.

On the surface, Hostinger offers attractive plans. Their Business Web Hosting advertises support for 50 websites, 60 PHP workers, unlimited cron jobs, and ~100,000 visits monthly. The pricing looks great for managed WordPress hosting with good storage and features like SSH access, GIT, and multiple PHP versions.

**What do you dislike about Hostinger?**

What they don’t tell you is the most important part — the actual CPU and RAM limits. Nowhere on the plan page are these specs mentioned. After moving only 4 websites, I faced serious performance issues. Support revealed (via a hidden link) that the plan only includes 2 vCPUs and 1536 MB RAM — which is too low even for moderate traffic and background tasks like LiteSpeed cron jobs.

Their support is terrible — no proper ticket system, just copy-paste answers and links. When I pointed out the hidden nature of the CPU/RAM info, they simply pushed me to upgrade the plan. This is not what I signed up for.

It was supposed to be a business hosting solution for hosting multiple WordPress sites with performance and scalability. Instead, I ended up with resource throttling and no resolution. My cron jobs stopped working due to high CPU usage caused by their own system's poor integration with LiteSpeed Cloud.

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Hostinger markets hosting plans that seem powerful, but then quietly impose hidden limits and offer poor support when issues arise. If you're running anything more than a couple of simple blogs, Hostinger's Business Plan will disappoint you. Transparency is crucial in hosting — and they failed on that front.
