What do you dislike about Hostinger?

I'm sure many of you have used websites or software that only allow you to make small changes with the tools they provide. That's the case for Hostinger, which is great for people who are just getting started with website development or hosting. But for people who have been doing it for a while, you'll soon realize that Hostinger is lacking tools that allow you to make some big customizations. It's not that big of a deal for me, since I can use a different service if I wish. It's also nice to know that Hostinger has maintenance scheduled every so often, so that they can make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. But it's frustrating to know that I can't even access the services when they're down during those scheduled maintenance times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hostinger's website is very user friendly - there is a very user friendly mobile version which flattens the navigation bar so it will work on a mobile device, and the simple interface allows us to look at their services and prices without needing to dig through the site to find stuff. It's very easy to find a package and upgrade our account. They also have a blog and a forum where you can learn more about their services and talk to the support team and other people who are also using their services. The best thing about Hostinger is the simplicity and intuitiveness of its user interface. It’s very easy to set up domains and manage hosting services, even for non-technical users. The purchase and deployment process is fast, and the pricing is competitive compared to other providers. It gives a good initial impression and onboarding experience. What do you dislike about Hostinger?

Hostinger allows users to register domains containing well-known trademarked names, like those of Meta, without any legal warnings or disclaimers. This lack of transparency misleads users into buying domains that cannot be used without legal risk. When issues arise, the company completely denies responsibility and refuses refunds or even alternative solutions, citing their international status to avoid local consumer law accountability.
