What do you like best about Hostinger?

The initial setup and pricing are straightforward. The hPanel interface is easy to navigate for basic hosting tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

Hostinger suspended my client's domain at the registrar level for alleged malware on a WordPress installation hosted on their platform, despite the actual website being hosted on an entirely separate provider (Pressable). This took down both the website and all email for a medical practice for multiple days.

Over dozens of support interactions, agents contradicted each other repeatedly, falsely claimed Verisign was responsible for the suspension (an ICANN RDAP lookup confirmed the domain status was "active" at the registry level and the real issue was Hostinger pointing nameservers to dns-suspended.com), refused to escalate to a manager despite over a dozen requests, and cited a "three strikes" policy they could not locate in their own Terms of Service when asked.

The most damaging aspect is that Hostinger suspends domains at the registrar level rather than just the hosting level. This means if they flag your hosting, they also kill your email and any services tied to the domain. For a medical practice, losing email for days is not a minor inconvenience.
