Checkfront's support team has been so quick to diagnose and find solutions to any problems I ran into. During our first season of booking, as I encountered new booking needs, I could expect a reply email, usually with a video attached to show me exactly how to address the issue within my system. Every booking software has limitations. Also, I think each can be complicated to set-up when you have a very involved reservation structure. I previously had another software that set my system up for me. I actually prefer setting it up on my own (Checkfront). It forced me to learn how the system works so I can manage my day-to-day needs in real time and only need to reach out to Checkfront on the rare occassion. The 5% fee added on to my customers feels steep. Also, I would love to see more options available for stylizing the booking dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
