**What do you like best about Zoolibrary?**

Before using Zoolibrary, I would easily spend 10 minutes a day - often more - just moving emails between folders. And despite all the effort, things still got lost - wasting time and creating unnecessary risk for the business. Zoolibrary changed everything. Now every email and document gets automatically categorized and linked to the correct matter. No more digging through inboxes or manually moving emails. It’s like having a junior lawyer doing all the things I know I should be doing - but now they’re just done for me.

**What do you dislike about Zoolibrary?**

Nothing - it’s an incredibly innovative tool that has redefined how I think about filing and matter management in general.

**What problems is Zoolibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the problem of time being wasted on admin tasks and the frustration of not being able to easily find things that I’ve been working on.
