"Zoho Assist: Easy, Reliable Remote Access That Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I like Zoho Assist because it’s easy to use, reliable, and provides smooth remote access. It makes troubleshooting more convenient, saves me time, and includes useful features for remote support. I also appreciate the regular updates, and overall it offers good value for money. Zoho Assist works well with the other tools in my stack. It is easy to use alongside communication, IT support, and troubleshooting tools, and it helps make remote support workflows more efficient. Overall, the integration experience is smooth and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

I don’t like that some features can be a bit hard to locate, and that occasional connection issues or minor bugs can interrupt a session. In a few places, the interface also feels less intuitive than it could be, which makes navigation more frustrating than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho Assist: Easy Installation, Fast Performance, and Proactive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I’m very pleased with how easy this product is to install and use, both for the client and for the technician. Performance equals or exceeds that of other products evaluated.

Zoho also reached out shortly after I signed up for the trial to check in on how things were going. I appreciated that proactive approach to customer support, even though I haven’t needed to contact them for assistance.

I also appreciate being able to purchase a remote support subscription separately from a remote access subscription. That flexibility avoids paying for more capabilities than needed with the option to add additional capabilities later. We also plan to look into available integrations with other paid Zoho products (e.g., Desk and Bigin). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The initial installation of the Zoho Assist client is simple and straightforward. However, it is not clear whether client software updates happen automatically or whether the apps will need to be reinstalled or redeployed as new security and/or feature updates are released. "Fast, Affordable, Secure and Versatile Unattended Access with Zoho"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

Zoho is quick and affordable for large enterprises. It offers multiple options, and the unattended access is especially fast and convenient. While other tools also provide unattended access, Zoho’s implementation feels more effective and versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The iOS remote access features and Android mobile performance can feel a bit restrictive at times, with occasional keyboard problems or lag. On weaker internet connections, sessions may freeze or disconnect unexpectedly when we disconnect VPN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho Assist: Easy, Secure Remote Support That Streamlines IT Troubleshooting"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

What I like best about Zoho Assist is its ease of use, secure remote access capabilities, and reliable performance. It allows our technical team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly without requiring complex setup. The unattended access feature, multi-platform support, file transfer, session recording, and seamless integration with the Zoho ecosystem make it an efficient solution for remote IT support. Overall, it has significantly improved our response times, enhanced customer satisfaction, and streamlined our support operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The initial setup for some advanced features can take time, and connection quality may occasionally depend on the client's internet connection. Aside from that, Zoho Assist is a dependable and easy-to-use remote support solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Remote Support with Great Value for Zoho Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

What I like best about Zoho Assist is its simplicity and reliability. It makes remote support easy to set up, with features like unattended access, screen sharing, file transfer, and session recording, without feeling overly complicated. It’s also a good value for teams that already use other Zoho products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

The main thing I dislike about Zoho Assist is that the user interface can sometimes feel less intuitive than other remote support tools. Some features and settings take a little time to learn, and performance can occasionally be affected by the quality of the internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Connectivity Hiccups"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I like that Zoho Assist is easy to use and doesn't take many resources. It's also easy for my clients to set up, which really makes my job easier. I find it particularly valuable because most of my clients are senior citizens who aren't tech-savvy, so having an easy installation process helps a lot. Additionally, I appreciate that I can see the progress of clients installing the Zoho client on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

Sometimes the connectivity and logging in using multi-form authentication can be a hassle, especially when I'm traveling and trying to do it on my phone. I wish you could just trust the device you're using so that you don't have to go through multi-form authentication every time; it should stay authenticated for up to thirty days. Also, I wish they would allow more than 25 computers to be set up for unattended support without having to pay significantly more. The initial setup was easy, but having over 500 computers in my unattended database makes it very time-consuming to set up each one individually as I connect to clients for the first time. Clients have to install Zoho Assist now, whereas they used to have my old GoToAssist program already installed, which made it easier for me to establish a connection. "Reliable and efficient tool for corporate remote support."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

Zoho Assist has become one of the main tools in our remote support operation. We are gradually increasing our use of unattended access to assist users and perform administrative activities. This is significantly reducing the time spent on support and improving the resolution of tickets.

A feature that helps us a lot is the support for multiple monitors. This greatly facilitates when we need to perform diagnostics, apply fixes, or support users who work with more than one screen. The connection is stable, and even in environments with bandwidth limitations, we can usually work without interruptions.

Another benefit that surprised us was the ease of deployment and management of devices. The process is simple, fast, and requires little effort from the technical team. Additionally, the tool allows executing native Windows functions transparently, as if the technician were physically in front of the equipment. The integration with the operating system's own resources increases support efficiency and facilitates the expansion of the tool as needed by the company, without requiring specialized training for end users.

We also found value in using artificial intelligence through Zia, which assists technicians with suggestions and guidance during the problem-solving process, contributing to faster and more consistent support.

Overall, Zoho Assist has helped us reduce support time, improve user experience, and increase the productivity of the support team. Besides the operational gains, we noticed a clear return on the investment made. It is a reliable solution that delivers exactly what we expect from a corporate remote access tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

So far, there is nothing that has displeased us with the use of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Remote Support with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho Assist?

I use Zoho Assist mostly to help my elderly family members and friends who aren't familiar with tech, and it's really satisfying to rely on this service. I enjoy being available for my friends and family when they need technical help for their devices. I really like that I feel secure, knowing the privacy of my family's devices is protected. Setting it up is super easy, so much so that I believe even a small child or someone over 70 could do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Assist?

I'm really looking for a new interface as it's boring with the same interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
