What do you like best about ZingHR?

The ease of use is by far the best across the product category. Features like attendance tracking, leaves management, portal interface, navigation and menu items, the customer support, everything centralised in one system makes it nearly impossible to think for an alternative. What do you dislike about ZingHR?

Though the interface and navigation is great but sometimes it loads slow and lags, making it difficult during start and end of the period or during payrol time. So yeah, this needs to be looked at. Also, sometimes it is difficult to integrate to thrid party systems as well. Lastly, I feel like it should have a walkthough kind of videos to demonstrate and support the users on various tasks. What do you like best about ZingHR?

It is well-known brand in comparison to other HRMS providers, Its easy to use and easy to Implement and the I have used it in my previous organisation. They do have a lot of features which are employee friendly and the dashboard. Their customer support has been decent and as I have worked with HRMS Company before I do know the key differentials of these platforms. It is has option for Integration with any surround sound. What do you dislike about ZingHR?

What problems is ZingHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially we didnt have any HRMS in place in my previous workplace, and everything used to be manual and ZingHR did help automate alot, gave better insights into the details of the employee and it was also helpful for employee to access multiple features and have proper tracking of leaves and documents in place, like Salary slips, Form 16, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZingHR?

I use ZingHR for submitting hiring requests, and I like its user-friendly interface and the fact that it's accessible through mobile. This makes it easy to manage attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management. It resolves errors that might occur while manually entering payroll data and helps with tracking team attendance.
