Using 3PL helps us easily integrate our CRM software with our logistics center so that our orders are timely and accurate. It also allows for a lot of customization to stay on top of reporting and inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zendbox? I wish that 3PL had a way to allow the client to cancel an order after it's been opened or completed, that becomes a hassle when you have to communicate with the other party. It solves the issue of navigating between salesforce and our logistics center to fulfill orders.
