**What do you like best about Zendbox?**

Using 3PL helps us easily integrate our CRM software with our logistics center so that our orders are timely and accurate. It also allows for a lot of customization to stay on top of reporting and inventory.

**What do you dislike about Zendbox?**

I wish that 3PL had a way to allow the client to cancel an order after it's been opened or completed, that becomes a hassle when you have to communicate with the other party.

**What problems is Zendbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of navigating between salesforce and our logistics center to fulfill orders. It also gives us real-time visibility on where we are at with ordering inventory and reporting
