
The Customer Success team, led by Francesca do their best to prop up an awful product. Without them, the product would be completely unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The Yordex platform allowed cardholders to overspend on the £1,000 limit applied to their cards.
2. The Yordex platform has not put merchant limits on card spending despite this being a key component of our contract and clearly briefed to Yordex.
3. The Yordex platform is still unable to accurately track spending on cards and provide an accurate report of our account balance.
4. We had 5 users go into negative account balances.
5. Users frequently were unable to use their cards in person.
6. We had to terminate the contract because of poor visibility of our balance and finances on the Yordex platform. When we left it took 3 weeks for the Yordex team to confirm accurate account balances, they sent 5 reports with wildly incorrect account balances.
7. We had user interface issues where balances were showing as negative for 3 days. This impacted admin as well as all card users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
