**What do you like best about Workleap?**

What I like most about Workleap is the insight it gives us as HR managers. The Pulse Surveys are excellent tools for helping gauge employee satisfaction as well as dissatisfaction. I also appreciate having options for one-on-one interactions with both employees and managers. The Good Vibes platform is great, too, for encouraging employee morale and recognition.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The only thing I dislike is that customer service is handled entirely online through chat or self-help. There isn’t a phone number you can call to speak with someone directly.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workleap has helped us bridge the gap in employee satisfaction. We now have a clearer understanding of what staff like and dislike, the suggestions they have, and the areas we need to focus on improving as a company.

It’s been one of the most truly one-stop platforms/tools for bringing employee experiences together in a single, cohesive place. It covers engagement, performance, recognition, and feedback in a way that genuinely feels integrated rather than stitched together. It’s also easy to use and intuitive, which makes it a strong fit as an all-in-one platform.

Customization can be one of the downsides of Workleap. You may run into challenges when trying to tailor it to your specific needs and use cases.

Pricing can also become a consideration as you scale, especially for smaller teams or startups that are trying to balance cost with the features they need.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It improves the employee experience with engagement tools that provide recognition and better drive performance with an easy-to-use interface that everyone can learn very quickly. Weekly surveys ensure that employees receive accurate recognition. All the features provide a clear view of each employee's performance in their area, allowing them to properly incentivize those who deserve it.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Customer support is slow in responding to tickets because they have limited hours, and if an urgent ticket is submitted, it can take up to three days to be resolved.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It improved employee performance because they are more committed to quality and performance, and receiving recognition motivates them more to do their jobs well. Surveys also help validate employee stress levels or satisfaction, so action can be taken to improve if something goes wrong.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The employees at Pingboard are very informative and helpful. I really enjoy attending their various webinars where they talk about updates to the platform and other HR subjects in relation with Pingboard's features. Pingboard currently serves our main need of providing an Org Chart and giving our employees visibility of our hierarchy and reporting structure. There are also various bonus features that I enjoy like being able to have a company calendar that displays holiday schedules, birthdays, and anniversaries. I also regularly utilize the survey feature.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Though I greatly enjoy that Pingboard has a survey feature, it can be a little difficult to review the results. Within the platform it is a bit tedious and clunky to review all of the feedback, and downloading it in excel doesn't provide easy viewing. I also use the survey feature to conduct contests where employees have to guess right answers, so it would be helpful if Pingboard had a feature for that, similar to the Survey tool.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pingboard helps me to gain feedback from our employees and gain a pulse on various topics. We also utilize the Applause feature. I have been happy to see our employees recognize one another with this tool. Overall, our main goal was to have an application that helps to show and explain our Org Chart.

Officevibe provides a regular stream of honest feedback and discussion between managers and employees across our company. GoodVibes has become THE way our employees appreciate and recognize one another. Our management team disucsses the data and anonymous responses on a monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Pricing for small businesses (non-Enterprise) is too high. We've considered adding other modules and features, but the additional cost per employee is well outside our budget.

Provides a venue for employees to provide anonymous feedback to managers. Keeps employees reflecting on the core values and mission of the company. Keeps employees engaged with WHY they want to be here. Provides a great vehciels for peer-to-peer recognition.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The platform is incredibly intuitive. Navigating through the design of the different courses and modules is easy. Even without prior experience, I was able to quickly find my way around thanks to its user-friendly interface. The implementation of the platform was smooth.

We were able to customize the training experience according to the specific needs of our company. The variety of content formats we can integrate, such as videos, interactive quizzes, and learning modules, allows for a lot of creativity.

The integration of the platform into our work environment turned out to be a step without major difficulty. The platform has become a highly appreciated tool among our employees. Their willingness to regularly return to consult new content and deepen their knowledge demonstrates the added value of this resource.

The customer service deserves a special mention. When I have questions, their support team has responded quickly, friendly, and efficiently.

Nothing. The platform meets our needs.

We are a company based in Shawinigan, but we operate throughout Quebec and Ontario. Having this platform allows us to reach a maximum number of employees so that our expertise is taught and our standards are respected.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Workleap LMS is definitely easy to use and to implement for businesses looking to centralize their employee training program. It provides you with the core features you need to support skill development, create mandatory courses and build custom learning paths, while keeping very straitght forward for both the admins and the end users. I've seen a lot of happy customers using Workleap LMS and achieving great results in little to no time. My favorite feature is the author role, allowing employees to participate in content creation and internal documentation.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There are a couple of features that could be added to make it an even more central tool to an organization, such as incorporating in-person activities into a course plan, for example. Another thing missing for me is the ability to sync upcoming live activies like in-person courses, webinars and virtual classrooms to your business calendar (Outlook, Google, etc.). That could help with participation rates and overall integration of the tool into an ecosystem.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of my clients are looking for a friendly way to centralize corporate training and make it more engaging for their employees. Workleap LMS allows themm to achieve just that, and makes it very easy for me as a consultant to participate in the success of their project implementation.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It's an intuitive and user-friendly platform.   The features available, such as reporting, make tracking my registrations and revenue simple.  The in-platform payment is a must-have for us as it reduces the number of manual invoices we have to produce.  It also provided us with the opportunity to reach an audience that was not possible before we implemented Didacte.  It helps us promote our trainings to members in remote areas, providing them access to training content they didn't have before.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

What I would like to see developed in the future is a SCORM feature, we would like to develop interactive e-learnings for our audience.  I would like to see some additional improvements done to the virtual room to make it seamless for the learners.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Didacte helped us reach an audience that was not available to us prior to the platform implementation, needless to say, this increased our revenue potential and provided visibility into our training offers and services, which was not possible before the LMS.   We have been able to provide services to an audience in remote regions and provided them the ability to develop their employees via the virtual classrooms, and avoids them costs of travel to a more central region.

WorkLeap LMS allows us to quickly and easily upload training content that we have recorded elsewhere to keep everything for our team. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time in creating training paths related to new employee onboarding, the end of the probation period, or even to learn more about our group insurance. No more endless repetition! Easy to learn for administrators and trainers and even more so for learners. In case of questions, customer service is very quick and courteous. I highly recommend it. We also have an external platform to sell training to our clients that meets our needs very well.

No element displeases us in the product.

I love that we have access to real-time data on how our team is feeling. I also love the support that we get from the Officevibe team! They truly listen and go above and beyond to help us use Officevibe effectively.

I really don't dislike anything about Officevibe. However, I do look forward to them continuing to develop more robust reporting features.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have done several acquisitions and it was important to us that we were able to monitor, in real-time, how our individual teams were feeling.  Knowing how our teams are feeling helps us react proatively when we see issues brewing. For example, we noticed that we were scoring relatively low in the "recognition". So we really ramped up our efforts to recognize team members. Luckily, about that time, Officevibe launched "Good Vibes", which really helped us create a culture of recognition.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Benefitting from the Workleap LMS platform contributes to increasing the value and sustainability of the content created by the expert members of the group. The 6,800 members of this HR community have easy and quick access to over 30 hours of training. They can consume them at the time and place that suits them best since this platform is accessible online; with a computer or a cell phone. In addition to its agile and user-friendly aspect, the platform automatically sends a certificate of completion to the participant when they have finished their training. This allows those who are members of a professional organization to easily document their mandatory continuing education hours. Workleap's customer service is also fast and efficient. Finally, using the Workleap LMS platform contributes to creating value for all members of our community by offering contemporary, quality content related to human resource management.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

A potential drawback of the platform would be its failure to evolve according to the needs of its clients, the market, and changes in training, skills, and learning management practices. However, that is not the case at the moment!

We use the platform to gather content, better organize it, while increasing its accessibility.The platform is our gold mine!

What I love the best is the whole simplicity of the tool. It takes minutes (excluding the content creation of course) to set up a training and deploy it to the correct group of users. It's very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

To be fair, it's hard to find something I dislike. Perhaps the fact that I'd love if it had more integrations with a HR-management system.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With an increasing amount of employees every year, it was hard to maintain a good quality and quantity of trainings done by our training team. Having it all ready online solves that issue : a constant quality, at any time. It also is so easy to use that our training team does not require assistance of the IT team at all.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The team trusts the anonymity of the platform, which means they give us honest feedback.  I LOVE the ability to have conversations about tough feedback while the sender remains anonymous - lets me dig into the issue instead of trying to guess what is going on.  The "Good Vibes" feature is amazing and the team loves it - we are seeing twice as many peer-peer recognitions each month as we were with our older solution.  The ability to dig into engagement metrics is invaluable, and the custom survey tool also let us get information we really needed from our team.  Folks who were VERY suspicious of other "surveys" were honest in OfficeVibe.  Our participation metric for the Pulse surveys has remained steady, and the % of anonymous feedback has decreased over time (while the amount of feedback has remained steady), which tells me we are building trust.  We are excited about the goals feature too - great visual representation of how all our individual goals roll up to team goals and then up to org goals!  And, most of our managers are using the great 1-1 tool too.   OfficeVibe has been a game changer for us.  AND the price is good too!  And the support team was GREAT when we were getting started!

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I do wish there were a few more ways to query the platform, e.g. to see "who on the team has not gotten any Good Vibes in the last 3 months" - but OfficeVibe support was able to get that answer for me.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It all started when a team member asked me if there was "a way to ask questions anonymously".  That was a huge red flag for me, and I immediately started looking for "anonymous digital suggestion boxes."  That led me to OfficeVibe.  Within a couple months, I was able to make a case for OfficeVibe to our CEO, set it up, train the managers and the team, and start getting real, honest feedback.  Our team was very skeptical of how anonymous OfficeVibe could really be, but the available resources helped me convince them it was real.  Our team was able to tell us things they were scared to tell us "out loud" and we were able to react - we learned things we hadn't known and were able to make changes that have DRAMATICALLY improved morale and engagement.  OfficeVibe is awesome.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

For over a year, Amika has been working with Workleap for its training platform. The only platform we found in French, intuitive, simple, and quick to use. Creating content is really fast and easy too.

It is easy for our team on the road to have access to different types of training.
From the beginning, I was very well supported in creating the structure of my platform and I appreciated the responsiveness of the team; whenever I had questions, I was able to get support in a particularly quick timeframe.

The only small thing, I would like to have access to the compilation of results during the quizzes.

We have been using Workleap LMS for over a year and here are a few things that we like about this platform:
- easy to use and to feed for everyone
- easy for tracking what has been viewed by the trainee and focus on the support that is needed
- nice portal and very customizable with our branding

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

If this is something that you would like to implement in your company, make sure to have a plan of how to use it first and designate a champion for the implementation and who will also make sure to follow up and remind the team to log in and use it for its success. Otherwise, the platform will not be organically use by your employees. It needs to become a reflex for everyone, and someone has to be the designated reminder of that project

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge transfers 
Free our most senior employees for every onboarding and basic trainings when welcoming a new member on the team
Everyone gets the same information during their training and has access to that information any time, when they are free to view certain modules or videos

There's a clear gap that companies and managers feel when they ask about team connection and engagement based on data facts. This is where Officevibe can play a key role!
Officevibe is so easy to use that you can instantly check the engagement metrics within a team, big or small, as well as within your company. And the customer support is really amazing!

None at the moment! Even the suggestions given to our account are all accepted and can be voted on by the clients in order to put them on the list of priorities to be developed.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Customer service is fast, accurate, and personalized. Suggestions to improve our experience with the platform are well received and considered. Workleap LMS allows us to deliver our training effectively and efficiently to a larger population within the territory we cover.

An improvement would be the ability for a trainer to send a reminder to complete a training to a user on an ad-hoc basis. The reminder option exists, but only if it is scheduled in advance.

Workleap LMS allows us to provide training in the institutions where we operate more effectively and efficiently. Indeed, it allows us to reduce our travel and reach more people, including workers on day, evening, and night shifts.

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe has been a real game changer for us as its a great and easy to use tool for increasing employee engagement, receiveing feedback, and gaining actionable insights on employee experience. With the pulse surveys, custome surveys and goodvibes features, we've been able to make changes, celebrate successes and offer recognition. We've also had a great experience with our account rep who is always there to answer our questions.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Our team wishes that Officevibe would have robust reporting capabilities and would like to see more clear filtering possibilities in the feedbak section. We recieve tons on free text feedback over the years and would like to be able to filter more easily by topic and tone without having to label each comment.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe is helping identify areas where employees may be disengaged as well as facilitates better communication between team members and management. This platform has benefitted us by gathering data-driven insights which has informed us to make better strategic decisions regarding company culture and employee well-being.

We have been using this tool since 2018 and we are amazed by the evolution and growth it had over the years.
- User friendly, easy to use, with guides and manuals to self learn the essentials and even more
- Clean User Interface
- Costant improvement with introduction of new features (i.e. Good Vibes)

- The way the ENPS is calculated is not the best one, as it completely disregards ratings of 7 and 8 which is not correct in my opinion when it comes to recommend a company as a good place to work

It provides us with a quick and easy way to survey our teams and identify improvement areas. People in our company seem to enjoy the pulse surveys as well.

The current way roles and surveys are set makes it hard to give more granularity in the access to the surveys to specific teams. I've heard they're about to release an improvement in that area soon, so I'm looking forward to that.

As a company, it is important to listen to our employees and make them feel valued. We want to ensure that everyone's voice is heard and that we are actively working towards creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment. **What do you like best about Workleap?**

Workleap LMS is easy to use for both the administrator and the participants. I have used it for several group training sessions, and the end users unanimously loved the platform! In addition to being user-friendly, it took me very little time to understand how the tool works and to import my training videos. I appreciated the various assessment methods available (quizzes, questionnaires, multiple-choice question, etc.). I highly recommend this LMS.

Honestly, I don't know, everything seems perfect to me.

Hosting my virtual training sessions in a single user friendly platform. Also, tracking the live progression of every participant.

Creating a team segment is not fully customizable. It would be great to change the graph or customize the data needed. The new name is long I liked Office Vibe better

Ease of use. I haven't had a chance to look at the tutorials yet and I was able to implement it in the mean time. I like the support as well. They are very responsive whenever I send a chat. My daily use is seamless. I love that I am able to send a company email just by using the dedicated email that we were given.

The disconnection issues I was having from JustWorks. They sent a resolution and I hope it works so we can stay connected.

* The ability for bi-weekly (or whenever) surveys to get feedback from the team on any aspects
* Having a medium for my reports to leave anonymous feedback - encourages them to share their thoughts

* As a manager, I did not have the ability to manually do our own grouping of reports. It was depending on how we integrated without HR software. 
* The 1 on 1 tool were a bit feature lacking as well.

We use this platform for feedback and recognition - it's a great way to get the team involved (leaders included) to highlight aspects they like/don't like about work.

Haven't used all the features enough to point out negatives. For the Good Vibes function, it would be better to have a public bulletin so everyone can see the shout outs - we've been highlighting these in our all hands meeting instead.

We gain insight through anon and non-anon submitted feedback - we get a good pulse on the team and happiness at work. It's a great tool to use for gauging whether something we implemented works or doesn't work as we can directly ask the team.

Officevibe is a very useful tool to gauge how employees are feeling, and a great mechanism to effect cultural change. It is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I am not really seeing much difference between the old Officevibe and Workleap Officevibe platforms. This isn't actually a bad thing, as I don't like when companies change the entire layout of the home page just for the sake of it. However I am not really seeing any increased benefits compared to the 'old' system.

It is not solving 'problems' as such but acting as a pulse check to improve employee wellbeing and, concurrently, company productivity.

Sincerely, the only drawbacks I see in our approach are mainly related to the transition period imposed by the implementation of such software. But Workleap helps to facilitate this transition.

It is a handy app that we have been using for several years now for: engagement surveys, tracking feedback processes, sending out good vibes,... the great thing is that Officevibe continues to innovate and always introduces fun features. Also if you need any support, they reply real quick with helpfull information.

As HR of the admin function, you can't see the summary's of the 1-1's. That can be difficult for the follow-up.

The tool consolidates everything related to engagement and goals, so our people only need to use Officevibe. Additionally, it provides helpful questions/tips to enhance the process.

This is my first time using Pingboard at a company and honestly, it is one of the better org charts that I've used in a long time. I love how you can search for employees in a variety of different ways and have it in org view and single view. 

When I need information quick, it's easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Although I love the overall view of pingboard for the org chart, it does zoom in and out fairly far. I find myself toggling in and out to get all of the information that I need. It would be great to have the system have a list of solely names and titles.

The org chart is a game changer. It is often difficult with other platforms since it lags with employee information, but Pingboard has been great for our company since we are close to 1000 employees.

Having the pulse survey report has been very valuable when communicating with executives as I can now speak in numbers and have visuals to the health of our organizations culture and engagement.

I find some of the features when trying ot make updates or see an employee list difficult to navigate too and I had to do some reading and attend the webinars to learn how to do some of the tasks.

Employee Engagement,  we now have numbers to take to executives and it has allowed us all to be on the same page on what we need to improve on within our organization.

It has a really nice chart to display the way the company is organized, who does what, and who's the person in charge. It also lets you see relevant info about every person inside the company, which is really important for remote-only or hybrid companies like mine.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I think the app should have more features to make it more appealing. I'm pretty sure I'm one of the few people at my company that actually uses Pingboard and understands what it is for.

I work at a remote-only company with 250+ employees, so it lets me see and understand the way the company is organized, who the leaders are and who they are in charge of. It also shows me some info on my coworkers.
