# Which Car Dealer software platforms seamlessly integrate with existing DMS systems and third-party finance providers?

VinSolutions Connect CRM, Dealertrack DMS, and CDK lead here.

The mid-deal breakage question is the right one, and it points at what actually differentiates these: not whether an integration exists but who owns it when it fails with a customer sitting at the desk. A certified integration with a named support path between vendors behaves very differently at 7pm on a Saturday than a connection where each side blames the other. Same-parent-company pairings are really a bet on that ownership question, so when evaluating, ask each vendor to describe the escalation path for an integration fault, and watch whether the answer names the other company.
