## Workleap Reviews
  ### 1. works fine

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

the attention of the team and willingness top help and adapt to our needs

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The product itself is missing features like backing up the review to the previous manager if not correct according to policy, and the uploads of bands is only done by the barley team on massive terms that is hard wit we need changes

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organizing the compensation review for the company on the same place and being able to preview the budget according to the increased % rules

  ### 2. Office vibe- cool anonymous app for leaving feedback about the workplace and your team

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that it is completely anonymous. I have submitted feedback that I would have never submitted if my name was being shared, and my colleagues feel the same way. This way we can honestly share what we think with our superiors.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It is a bit annoying getting offers for the surveys as often as they come up. Not sure if this is a setting that my boss enabled, but I get a notification every week and I'd rather get one every other week because a lot of the feedback I leave ends up being very similar since things don't change too. much from week to week.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Officevibe is solving the problem that I don't feel comfortable sharing my honest feedback with my superiors all of the time, and it is giving me a way to share my honesty without fear of being retaliated against or looked at differently.

  ### 3. Great insight for larger orgs, not as easy to dig into for smaller organizations with small teams

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael H. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

-Consistently in team reminders + responses
-Questions in themed group
-Ability to make custom pulse checks
-monthly results
-written feedback options

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

-Difficult to interpret results for small total org teams (around 20 or under) with mostly partial responses over a 6 month period... the ebbs and flows of results are natural and sometimes finding out what issue areas are can be difficult

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

im not really sure - the pulse check customization for custom surveys are really great and exciting. I believe those will help our team more than the current overall pulse check given our org size

  ### 4. Easy Way to Keep Track of Employees

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard is super useful for staying up-to-date on where people are or what they're doing as well as reminding people when someone's birthday or work anniversary is approaching.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The organization chart is tricky and risky to navigate. One misclick with admin privileges could delete or add a job.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pingboard lets me keep track of everyone's statuses. I know to check Pingboard first before looking for someone in case they might be vacationing or out of the office.

  ### 5. Review of the free version of OfficeVibe

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garth R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Useful information about how our global staff is doing

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Poor usability and buggy software. Difficult to navigate and some features don't work properly.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Useful insights about our how team is doing and how we can better support them. Such as stress, health and mentorship.

  ### 6. Affordable but eventually lacks luster

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige H. | Director, Program Management - People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

To be honest we originally picked OfficeVibe because it was an affordable option. The UX is nicely modern and good for our employees. Admin controls are fairly intuitive (albeit limited).

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

We've had an incredibly hard time keeping our managers and groups updated. We also liked the frequency of questions at first but found it just overwhelms our managers and HR team so they stopped responding as much with then meant employees responded less frequently and on and on. Also the anonymous factor ended up really bringing out a real "online troll" aspect from some employees and they could post truly awful comments and we were left trying to figure out how to help managers cope.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a way to collect and report on engagement data which this definitely allowed us to do at the start.

  ### 7. Officevibe in Motion

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | Senior Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Oficevibe is great in keeping all feedback as confidential as possible.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Officevibe seems a bit repetitive when it comes to questions being asked.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

For those who are thinking of implementing Officevibe, I think they need to find ways to motivate the staff to participate. Because without staff's wllingness to provide feedback and truthful feedback, then there is no return value with the product.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we're trying to solve at our office with Officevibe is to obtain feedback from our staff at a consistent bases so we know how the office morale is doing.

  ### 8. A good outlet for introverted Employees

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loretta B. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It was a great tool for orgs that have poor management/leadership and employees need an outlet. You can get good data on employee experience if you can get your team to adopt the software. They had launched some new feedback loop tools which were helpful and helped solved a problem we were facing in facilitating better 1:1s for the team in general.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

As a manager using the tool, I would get a bit frustrated that employees would go be extremely negative on Officevibe and not have an honest conversation with me as to what could be fixed. Using it at a small company, many employees didn't believe in the anonymity of the product as well and didn't give feedback. I would get the same feedback every time from half of my team and not be able to make super great decisions based on that data.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a good outlet for employees to vent. It also helped show what departments needed more work than others.

  ### 9. Easy to use but little visible value to employees

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tania G. | Présidente, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The idea of a pulse survey is great to help management stay close to employee's concerns and reality. The application has a great UX, the surveys are easy to answer and there are some helpful images to illustrate your ratings. As an employee, you can submit anonymous comments and get answered by your manager.
You can always see all your feedback in the portal and provide extra feedback at any time.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I find there is little guidance given to managers to deal with all this information. Anonymous feedback is not alway easy to digest and some managers seem to go on a witch hunt to figure out who submitted it instead of trying to deal with the problem in a general way. Also, the improvement advice given to them in the application seems very shallow and doesn't really provide concrete suggestions (i.e.: "Encourage your employees to do this behaviour" ... but how?) Weekly survey questions are asked in a random fashion and not necessarily aligned with the companies priorities, generating feedback that that can't really be addressed rapidly. Managers get a picture of employee ratings in categories (alignment, wellness, relationship with peers, etc...), but employees can't see how their own results affect the ratings. Finally, the weekly survey is sometimes frustrating, randomly asking for extra comments on some questions, but not always on the questions you would like to submit feedback on!

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Start with a gradul implementation and make sure to give some guidance to managers on how to use and interpret all that feedback.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our managers work very closely with Officevibe, using the results to monitor employee satisfaction at work. They present the combined results to the whole department every month to let us see how we are doing and use the feedback in their one-on-one sessions with their direct reports.

  ### 10. Expensive tool with a lot of bells and whistles, but little insight

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April T. | Vice President, Publishing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe will allow you to collect anonymous feedback on a number of aspects of engagement, respond to feedback if needed while still maintaining anonymity and attribute feedback and engagement to different parts of the business. Questions are automatically sent via email, and you can add polls for specific questions you would like to ask your workforce.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

You have no control over the questions that get asked, and some aren't great. If you have a small company, the number of data points you get on any dimension of engagement is pretty small, so you really can't do a lot with the numerical results. After a couple of years of using the tool, you largely see the same comments/issues, and the amount of people taking the surveys has decreased.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have the ability to collect and respond to anonymous feedback. There are a lot of different aspects of engagement that are covered by the questions, and you don't have to create the questions or remember to send them out.

  ### 11. Not much, but effective in small dose

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Investment Association, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It can be deployed quickly and timely. Our office used it effectively to pick up feedback after just about every session.I imagine they were able to gather good geedback from it.

We are able to get a healthy sense from our staff on what needs to improve. That being said I don't actually administer this - only use it.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I was not able to see the results from it. It would have been nice to see what other people said after submitting my results.

That being said I don't actually administer this - only use it.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Give it a try - it all depends on the authenticity and adoption of your stadd.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting feedback very quickly in order to secure excellent improvements to iterate with our company.

That being said I don't actually administer this - only use it.

  ### 12. Good platform, but gets repetitive over time!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya B. | Content Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

- Engaging employees better with surveys
- Sending anonymous messages to the management team
- Sharing feedback with the team

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The surveys were fresh in the beginning and focused on various aspects which contribute to employee happiness. But over time, I realized that I was being sent the same questions over and over again which was kind of disappointing.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

If you are just stepping into the 'Employee Happiness' area, I would say Officevibe would be an amazing choice.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our management wanted to know our views about the work culture, work environment, and the team. In an organization, any employee generally doesn't speak about the problems he faces or if there is something lacking in the team... I could say all that to my management team because of Officevibe.

  ### 13. Work space

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I can reference people in my company, titles, org charts, status, job openings, etc.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There is nothing that I dislike - but, I would change the interface

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

nice platform to create a community within your work environment

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

access to co-workers information

  ### 14. Its good, but somehow lot of people dont use it much.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The interface is nice and simple, and often fun to interact while filling out surveys.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

There should be a way to make it more anonymous somehow, e.g. in smaller organisations, its very easy to guess and determine even from the anonymous reviews which user wrote it.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Its a good platform especially if you have a bigger organisation. Its easy to use and manage as well from administrator point of view.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It bridges the gap between management and employees. Lots of time, people dont feel comfortable voicing their opinions in front of everyone fearing it might impact them negatively, but this platform provides them way to express their concerns and opinions in an anonymous way if they choose to.

  ### 15. Interest wears off after some time

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** benoit r. | Lead Game Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Automated questions.
Dashboards, summaries, highlights.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Rate of repetition. I have 1 on 1 with my team members every 2 weeks and a quite high transparency.
A few things come out of Office Vibe but it's difficult to keep the interest.
Also with small teams I think people who are really unsatisfied and have problems sharing it should clearly have some questionnaires coming from the n+2 and the HR once in a while as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

UNRELATED : I am boycotting Amazon because of their policy. I don't want to receive the gift in any case and I will not answer other questionnaires if you continue dealing with them.
Thank you.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly growing frustrations that can be ventilated.

  ### 16. Great tool with a too-chatty bot

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I love the insights I get from Officevibe, especially being able to break it down by department. In addition, the anonymous feedback is extremely useful and has created a lot of opportunities to improve our business.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The Slack bot is far too chatty, messaging me way too often. I understand that for Officevibe to work, it needs to ensure that users participate and use the tool. But, let me control how often the Officevibe Slack bot talks to me.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been able to get a much better view into my team’s happiness and wellness. It has inspired me to make some changes to help them be happier and more productive.

  ### 17. Good for org info

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

As a new employee, it's great to be able to look at the org chart easily and get contact information both in the office and when I'm out in the field

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

It's good that everyone is listed, but it's frustrating when it's not updated with the most current information

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

it's a good tool if you update and use it.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's a quick easy way to get information about who does what in the company

  ### 18. It is a decent expereince

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Othmane H. | Data Scientist Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The flowchart with all the employees and their position

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

That it is a bit slow to load and not the most fluid experience

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much, I am not HR

  ### 19. Pingboard is nice

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

i can connect to coworkers easier, and no longer have to guess what people look like. great for everything!

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

offer more than just a dictionary, i dont really need the org chart, although it is helpful

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Great tool for a big company!

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

facial recognition and warmer phone calls between coworkers

  ### 20. Great tool for the office

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reed P. | Sales Logistics Specialist, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

That it is easy to navigate with lots of features

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

not much it is a great tool, i have had o complaints so far

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

great org charts

  ### 21. So So

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | VP, People & Culture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like being able to export the data and make custom groups.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The system is not customizable enough. I don't have visibility to how often certain questions are asked, or any control over those. Also, the process for sending out surveys is a little glitchy. We've had a few instances where we set up surveys and sent them out to discover that they came through differently or blank. I wish it was easier to contact somebody for assistance.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for surveys. If I didn't have this I'd use something else.

  ### 22. Unique platform

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Officevibe is awesome for that mid capacity small to midsize business looking to engage with workers on familiar and other idea plans and algorithms.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

When dealing with a capacity of over 75 folks it gets complicated to get the whole functionality across to the whole team. I believe once it has algorithms that keeps up with everyone it would be the best.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Have a idea of what your looking for a program to organize and implement

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gets opinions and results for engaging management

  ### 23. It does have value, if properly set up. Otherwise it's of no use.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like being able to see what staff feel in their roles. This format allows people to feel safer and more open about what they are willing to share.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I get feedback from other people's departments as well as my own. So I'm never quite sure if it's one of my staff that is giving the feedback. Since I never know for sure I'm unable to respond effectively to what they are trying to communicate.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems have been solved using officevibe that I'm aware of. Like I said above, it's set up incorrectly for me so it has very little benefit. I do read all the comments and try to determine which might be for me, but it's never quite clear.

  ### 24. Officevibe user for 1 year or so

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago P. | Sr. Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The fact it works anonymously makes the user feel comfortable to expose their opinions. Also, the way the answers are collected is quick and funny

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Sometimes the topics are too redundant. Also, required written answers doesn't make sense all the time

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

An evaluation is certainly worth it. If your company wants to hear from its employees that's a good tool to start it.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been measuring our staff engagement as well as how happy they are working in our company.

  ### 25. OfficeVibe is useful

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that it allows me to get feedback from my team, openly and honestly. They don't have to submit their name so they are more honest about how they feel.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I don't like that if your team is less than a certain number of people, you cannot always see what region the response came from. It makes it challenging to try and figure out improvement initiatives.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently addressing personnel issues.

  ### 26. Still working through the kinks

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that it holds us, as upper management accountable. Can’t lead troops without good leadership

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Still trying to find our way around. There are a lot of kinks as far as it not being user friendly

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our employers a way to communicate fully and easily with management about things like performance and projects

  ### 27. OficeVibe

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like the questions and how they are framed, they are clear and to the point

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

it says a few questions and forever later im still being asked more questions, also after selecting a score i have to click to submit the score.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

looking for ways to improve company culture

  ### 28. Pingboard

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that I can see who is on vacation or in meetings or working remotely all in one place. The organizational charts are helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I am not able to edit or change some of the profile information. Not sure if that’s a company setting or a software thing.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Nothing right now

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People in my organization now have one central place to look for peers and it’s nkce to be able to out a face to a name or voice for those whom we don’t see in person

  ### 29. User Experience, not Admin.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

The questions are quick an easy, and feedback can be provided if I want but it is not required. It's nice to have the ability to remain anonymous as well!

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I feel as though I get the same questions presented to me over and over.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee feedback and engagement.

  ### 30. Does what it needs to, for the most part

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I really enjoy how easy it is to find members of my organization, even if I only know part of their name or their role. It is much more accessible than in my previous company, and I use it often. I also enjoyed the Pingboard game that came in the app when I first joined my company - it was a great way to get to know names and faces quickly.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The out of office feature is a bit annoying to look at and navigate, and I wish it had an integration with Slack. Would love to see people's OOO status there, because that is where I am primarily communicating with my colleagues. I do not view the Pingboard calendar on my Google Calendar because it becomes too cluttered.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as an employee, it's all about knowing 1) who my colleagues are 2) where they fit in the company and 3) where they are (OOO, sick, on vacation, etc.)

  ### 31. Nice and usable tool for most parts

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Makes trends of moods visible from the users. Easier to spot if something in general level of mood has changed.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Answering becomes quite automatic in a while and the real opinions might get hidden behind routine answering.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

You need to be careful when creating questions and making the wordings to get the results you are looking for.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the general idea of the mood of masses. But still bit sceptic about truthfulness of the answers.

  ### 32. Officevibe

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Allows new topics to be raised supposedly anonymously.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Too generic. The questions aren't focussed on our company issues so not specific for us.
Managers telling their teams not to do bad reports as they were having to answer to the executive. Many staff didn't feel they could tell the truth.
Not really anonymous - it is relatively easy to pick which team member has responded.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Try to get it tailored to your requirements.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None really for me.

  ### 33. It could be good, but ultimately in the company's hands for good value

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I do like that my company provides me with some sort of outlet to provide anonymous feedback. I also like the fact that they can actually respond to be through the applications as well.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I dislike that it feels phony. With anonymity being involved it's difficult to know if there even taking these things seriously or not or just writing them off as the common gripes for the workforce. It's like "this is a great and all, but can I really affect change in my office?" Probably not. The best thing to do would be write or speak publicly, but I also understand the dangers in this as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

To Human Resources departments - Just make sure you roll this thing out with very clear expectations and do some things to help encourage open and honest feedback. To employees - If you're going to provide feedback that is meaningful and true to your heart, maybe consider saying it publicly and not in an anonymous way.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company, contrary to the dislike above, has actually taken workforce wide feedback and implemented new policies and programs to better serve the health of its employees. I'm not sure that we're seeing that in our bottom line results, but I can certainly tell you that people seem to be happier

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I enjoy voicing my feedback. It was interesting to similar issues other offices/departments face.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The use of "Organization" in some of the questions is too broad

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nice to see that others are experiencing the same issues

  ### 36. Helpful for discovering HR issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like the concept, but it's hard/not possible to see the full comment after I click the link in the feedback email.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

When I go through my teams comments I'd like to be able to click on the 'Read more' and see the full comment. When you click on the link it just sends you to another page.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding HR issues. You can get detailed point of improvement,

  ### 37. Fun but limited with free features

  ### 39. Officevibe could be better

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It is a helpful tool to understand how your employees feel.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The anonymous nature means people can take pot shots at people and it can be really traumatising. Especially if you don’t have training on how to deal with that.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

Try culture amp instead

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to hold leaders accountable for how their people feel.

  ### 40. Okay product with some imrpovements needed

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

It's great to reach out and get a better understanding of employee happiness internally.

Employee happiness and it helps adjust what culture needs to be.

That all participants are not asked the same questions each time.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

NOt sure it really helps

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time none really.

  ### 42. It's okay

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I can see the org structure at my place of work.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I have ran into multiple different views of the org chart that have different links but no clear way to get to them once I've left the page.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see who reports to who or when they started at the company.

  ### 43. Simple to use - needs some more ability to customize

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ★ Patricia R. | Audience Development Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

I like that the different roles can be easily updated.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

I don’t like that you can’t play with ranks to show a better understanding of an area map. Also I don’t like that you cannot print only selected part of the org. (or I couldn’t find how).

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool has improved some in the last month but it could be more intuitive.

  ### 47. pingboard is useful

the team status feature is a very easy way to see who is in and out of the office and the slack integration is great

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Wish there were more features to it to use for other things

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the team status to know who is in/out and when someone has a trip coming up you can take them off a project and have someone cover

  ### 48. Valuable if used right

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

- Org chart functionality and creating teams
- Ability to add dietary restrictions and shirt sizes
- Onboarding purpose, learning new coworker's names/faces/projects

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

- Unfortunately no company I've worked at using Pingboard uses its features to their full extent which results in duplicate information requests
- Can be hard to get employees to add statuses since many companies use several methods to track that, and logging into Pingboard adds another step
- I'm not sure if team changes result in notifications to relevant parties?

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Managing teams across multiple locations, maintaining out of office statuses

  ### 49. Valuable for remote or multi-office teams

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

Pingboard provides a quick and straightforward way to see who is working, who is in the office, and planned vacation.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

Pingboard does other features, but we mainly use it as an OOO calendar.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pingboard as the central repo for out of office and vacation tracking. This is not done universally elsewhere.

  ### 50. Stellar platform, but not all that forward thinking.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Workleap?**

It is simple. Employees really engage with it and it's no doubt something they enjoy. It's a great way to get feedback while not disrupting our team too much. Office Vibe has a great team. They are based in Canada so their pricing is also great. They also have one of the most robost partnership programs. They work with consultants to truly understand customer needs and partner to offer the best solution. It's not good enough for them to just provide a software, they want to see real change in businesses. They do this by partnering with amazing professionals and consultants who can work on developing culture over time.

**What do you dislike about Workleap?**

The platform isn't quite up to snuff compared to others. It doesn't do a great job of ranking based on benchmarks. Segmentation of employees isn't too simple either. Would be great to see something where we could also include our own performance metrics and track them alongside increased in engagement and cultural health. I have noticed that they are lagging behind their competitors in terms of innovation and adding new features.

**Recommendations to others considering Workleap:**

I'd make sure you look at other options like Culture Amp and Peakon. This may be a better price point but their customer service is a bit lacking.

**What problems is Workleap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to understand culture in a tangible way with OfficeVibe. Some people love this. And most businesses need it! Without a doubt, we have a lot to learn from our employees about their needs, work styles, preferences and hopes for future development. When we can partner with them on that, we see remarkable increased in performance!
