First off, it can concentrate a lot of information, and it is effortless to update and move things as you want them to be b. It is a very intuitive and friendly system, it only has one main window, and all the information is concentrated in different tabs, making it very easy to navigate c. When making a reservation, you don't have to move anywhere; all the information is concentrated on the same spot and visible at all times d. Looking for a reservation is very simple since you can use the name, phone number, email, conformation number, among other options e. The system has its database and keeps customer's contact information, which is very helpful when assisting returning customers since we deliver a more efficient experience f. The system can be connected to the property's website, and if for any reason a customer cannot complete a reservation and calls the customer service line, we can easily access the failed reservation to resume it. g. Since Widsufer is a web-based system, it has little to no issues, and it's typically speedy. **What do you dislike about Windsurfer® CRS?** The only option that, in my opinion, is not the easiest to do is modifying a reservation. It separates de reservation in contact information, payment information, and dates of stay, so if you need to make multiple modifications, you have to click back numerous times. **Recommendations to others considering Windsurfer® CRS:** If you are looking to have a very user-friendly, efficient, fast, accessible everywhere and reliable system, Windsurfer is the way to go! **What problems is Windsurfer® CRS solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at the moment ### 2. A Good Starter CRS **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017 **What do you like best about Windsurfer® CRS?** The discount management is easy to understand and master. **What do you dislike about Windsurfer® CRS?** Some features are included that don't yet work and won't be included until future roll outs. **Recommendations to others considering Windsurfer® CRS:** If you have basic CRS needs and are a nightly hotel, Windsurfer will be a better option than if you plan to use multiple booking channels with extended stay options; these futures are still rudimentary and although SHR is willing to work on aspects, there haven't yet been widespread solutions. **What problems is Windsurfer® CRS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are managing our restrictions and inventory.
