**What do you like best about roommaster?**

I use RoomMaster as my main hotel management software because it helps keep everything organized and reduces booking errors, making daily operations run smoothly. I like that everything is in place; it makes managing tasks easier and saves a lot of time. Another feature I appreciate is the reporting, as it provides a clear view of bookings and performance, allowing me to make better decisions without needing extra software. The reporting in RoomMaster is simple and clear, and I mainly use occupancy and revenue reports to track performance. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the onboarding team was helpful, which made the process feel smooth. I am extremely likely to recommend RoomMaster to a friend or colleague.

**What do you like best about roommaster?**

What I appreciate most about Roommaster is the efficiency of the check-in process. It is quick and everything is clear and straightforward, so checking someone in never takes long. The entire software is straightforward and easy to navigate. When I was training for this position, it only took me 2 days to understand the system.

**What do you dislike about roommaster?**

The one thing I dislike about roommaster is that employees are unable to generate an Electronic Processing Report for dates older than a week. It would be much more helpful if staff could access and generate these reports from several months back. I  also wish the 'Help' section was organized a little better, trying to find certain actions in the Help menu can be frustrating.

**What problems is roommaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate how Roommaster displays which guests are eligible for room upgrades, making it easier to maximize hotel occupancy without the hassle of manually rearranging room assignments. Additionally, the integrated 'WaitList' feature streamlines the process of keeping track of guest names, phone numbers, and special requests, making overall management much more straightforward.

Takes a little time to learn all the features at first, but the support team makes it easy to get up to speed.

It would be better if the users would have like a better view when it comes to room visualization. This way, the users or customers can have a better perspective on how a room would be.

The program provides a well-organized set of options and integrated tools that helps to give a customer a quick and fast resolution no matter the issue or difficulty a custoemr is experiencing.

**What do you like best about roommaster?**

The best tool for the administration of a hotel, is really easy, saves you time and allows you to streamline and perform optimally processes such as the check-in and check-out of guests, the high effectiveness of internal messaging, room reservation, Follow-up to staff and the best relationship with the client. Management in each of the hotel spaces, management and work staff.

**What do you dislike about roommaster?**

It has an automatic disconnection system in a certain time that is sometimes counterproductive, the help support is not always 24 hours.

**Recommendations to others considering roommaster:**

It gives you a capacity to adapt very well. The configuration allows you to make changes, updates and customization in a fast and friendly way. This Software does it all, the best way to manage your hot is very good. It is the best in the market

The option to create and generate reports is the best tool. It is very easy to use, it has an important amplitude so that each user who enters for the first time can have a quick knowledge, has a very simple interface and an easy configuration of the software is easy to configure
