As a former Expedia Travel Advisor, I liked that with Amadeus Central Reservations System, finding flights as well as making reservations was fast as well as speedy. It includes live availability as well as competitive rates, thus making it easy to immediately find clients' best offer.

I also liked having its functionality to connect with hotel products as well as ancillaries, thus allowing me to take care of diverse aspects of a traveler’s journey from one location. Through its shortcuts as well as command line functionality, I could make reservations more quickly, a benefit particularly during peak time periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A big problem I had with Amadeus was that it was hard for new people to learn, especially if they didn't know GDS commands. Also, some things seemed old and not as easy to use as newer online tools. Sometimes, I had to do more steps to finish easy tasks and when many people were using the system it could be slow, which was annoying when I needed to help customers faster. I worked for 8 years in the travel industry and work with a lot of travel booking products and software and none as easy as Amadeus, their new interface is great, you can browse upgrades really easily and they even have a masked interface if you are not into cryptic use. I used to dislike you couldnt do an upgrade on an existing option but now with the new roll out they even improved that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used two different GDS, such as Worldspan, Saber. Still, I believed me once I used Amadeus, I forgot every GDS because the feature and tools of Amadeus software I love it very familiar and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing to dislike because it's one of the best GDS software. Slightly complicate for first-time users, but once you get command on Amadeus, it goes very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amadeus Reservation System is one of the best reservation systems available on the market. It is very complete and user friendly, accurate and always up to date in digital and data advancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps I would suggest improvements on the customer service side as it has gone worse instead of advance in the past years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an all in one platform that integrates most all of the different airlines into 1 selling platform, I like that they allow you to work in the text only format which allows for faster booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be slow at times, sometimes splitting booking the new airline locater doesn't come through and you have to call the airlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to have our accounts and data accessible from anywhere. It’s easy to maintain and have the data centralized. We like that it's good for the environment because it allows the company to go paperless.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
