We are in the early stages of migrating our process documentation to Whale, and it has been a great experience. Our Customer Service Manager has been great a walking us through the process and helping to get our initial documents migrated to Whale. One good thing this process has done is to make us review our documentation and the tools helps you structure and simplify your documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The editor is a little limited. I would love for Whale to be able to retain some of the basic formatting from Work or a PDF. We also utilize EOS and would like to see more integration with the EOS tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
