# How easy was it to get started with Whale for policies and training workflows?

I like that Whale keeps company policies and common questions in one place, so I don’t have to ask someone every time. It’s been helpful to quickly find answers and the documents I need for work-related questions. The downside is it can feel a little complicated when you’re first jumping in, especially remembering smaller setup features for boards and training workflows. What helped you get comfortable with Whale faster?
