I use Whale as a one-stop shop for providing equal access to information like policies and procedures for all employees. Whale allows us to organize everything efficiently, which is a huge help, especially since we have multiple companies, markets, and brands with some service overlap. Employees can stay organized with Whale. I am starting to use the training flow option more to create trainings for different positions that can be reused without needing the previous time commitment from existing team members. Despite some limitations, I appreciate that Whale is user-friendly and quick to get up and running. The initial setup and prolonged use have been very straightforward and user-friendly. Our employees are used to using Whale and automatically turn to the tool when they have questions.

I really enjoy how easy it is to upload a document into Whale, or even a screen recording, and then create documentation in a clear, easy-to-use way.
