**What do you like best about vivenu Ticketing Platform?**

What I appreciate most about Vivenu is the perfect balance it strikes between powerful customization and total simplicity. The backend dashboard is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to manage complex seating charts, adjust ticketing tiers, and access real-time data insights instantly without needing a dedicated IT team. Furthermore, the end-user checkout is remarkably fast and clean, which has significantly reduced cart abandonment and kept our ticket buyers happy from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about vivenu Ticketing Platform?**

If there is one area that could use refinement, it is the initial learning curve associated with some of the platform's more advanced, granular features. Because the system is so highly customizable and offers an extensive array of developer-forward tools, it can occasionally feel a bit overwhelming for newer team members during the onboarding phase. While their excellent customer support team always helps us navigate these complexities quickly, a slightly more guided in-app tutorial for the deepest settings would make the setup process flawless.

**What do you like best about vivenu Ticketing Platform?**

Working with the system is very intuitive. Thanks to the integrated wiki, "problems" can usually be solved quickly and easily on your own. And if the wiki doesn't help, the chat window allows for quick and direct communication.

The dashboard can be easily customized to suit your own needs in the daily workflow. There have never been any issues with the system. Everything works without problems.

Through numerous interfaces (marketing tools, etc.), our customer communication can be easily optimized.

**What do you dislike about vivenu Ticketing Platform?**

For the future, an integration of AI would be desirable, for example in the support area.

**What problems is vivenu Ticketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform independently resolves the majority of our customer support inquiries. If the support team is ever unsure, they reach out to us directly through the dashboard. This keeps customer communication fast and straightforward.

Furthermore, Vivenu's IT team implements our "customization requests" on the dashboard very promptly.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with vivenu's live chat support that has consistently been there for us whenever we’ve needed help, whether it’s assisting our frontline operations team in real time or supporting our internal team behind the scenes.

Their responsiveness is exceptional. Questions are answered quickly, issues are addressed efficiently, and we always feel that our needs are understood and prioritized. What truly sets them apart is the close relationship they build with their customers. We never feel like just another account. Their team feels like an extension of our own.

**What do you dislike about vivenu Ticketing Platform?**

Due to the nature of our business setup, as it was a little far from what vivenu first was designed for, we've had few issues in setting it up to our likings. However, vivenu team has always been attentive to our needs.

Many problems regarding timeslot changes, invoice revising, ticket confirmation email needs, marketing needs have been resolved by the team, and they're currently working on redemption-based reporting. We're excited to see their solution.

It was just new to us so there are things to learn. With that said, our staff felt supported during the process of being onboarded.

It reduced the number of questions we received from customers. Customer service on the customer-facing side was also really good. We run three seasonal light shows, and this has helped our online ticket sales run smoothly.

Super fast customer support and simple solutions for complex problems. Additionally, there is a fantastic UI and UX, strong performance, good pricing offers, and a fantastic contact person.

The API and MCP interfaces, as well as the natural, native integration into AI systems, still have room for improvement.

**What problems is vivenu Ticketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vivenu offers an ideal white-label solution for our comedy club. This allows us to effectively showcase our own branding to our target audiences. The diversification of our events can also be implemented flexibly through this platform, as we have full creative control.

It's very helpful for selling tickets via using its SDK or even using their APIs to use it as a SaaS. Also, it solves a lot of problems that this industry experiences

**What do you dislike about vivenu Ticketing Platform?**

Customer support is not on point and sometimes they don't themselves know their product. APIs can be limiting sometimes.

**What problems is vivenu Ticketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving ticket and cart management, cart amount calculations with discounts, tax calculations, analytics, invoices, transactions, refunds, etc. We use it to power the platform and extend its API so that we our SDK but consume their APIs. THis helps us deliver features on top of Vivenu very fast
