The features I like best about vivenu are how smooth their mobile ticketing function works and their ticket transfers. My only dislike with vivenu is how raw some functions can be at times. A few features may only work after a few weeks of testing and back and fourth with support. This doesn't always mean the feature even works how you would like it to, but vivenu is constanly trying to update features to get them to a point where they work for all vendors.
