What do you like best about Vistex?

The fact that they treat me as a partner, and not just as a customer. I have always found them to be very collaborative and to understand the needs of my business.

What do you dislike about Vistex?

The main technical benefit is also my main dislike - and that is the user screens due to the limitations of SAP GUIs. We have tried Fiori with limited success, but this may be due to our ECC instance. I'm hopeful that this will improve when we move to S/4 & V/4 HANA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vistex?

I appreciate Vistex for its seamless integration as a bolt-on with SAP, making it incredibly easy to deploy and interact with master data. Its comprehensive functionalities, like handling claims processing, simplify significant challenges within our business. The software's flexibility supports efficient financial processes, such as customer rebate payments. Additionally, I find the ease of setting up mass data in the DMR module and executing mass price changes invaluable in a fluctuating market. These features address real business problems, delivering impressive outcomes. What do you dislike about Vistex?

I definitely have some areas I would like Vistex to improve, particularly regarding performance issues when our ADM job runs. This issue seems to be related to the shared data volume processed through the ADM job, and addressing this would enhance efficiency. Additionally, handling the GPO membership and roster updates is quite challenging. Currently, with over a million members, there isn't a well-structured, streamlined process in the industry for processing and installing this data into our system to make claims against these GPO memberships or rosters.
