I like that View360Cx offers a unified desktop platform where agents can gain deep insights into customer details. What do you like best about View360Cx?

I use View360Cx for managing my company's social media and unified communications. It solves the problem of juggling multiple tabs for replying to customers through the website, emails, social media, and unified number, including a voicebot. With View360Cx, everything is in one place, which is a huge time-saver. The Calls and WhatsApp integration are very good and save me a lot of time. I particularly appreciate the auto-reply feature in WhatsApp due to its clarity. Additionally, the call history feature is extremely helpful for assigning calls to agents.
