
What I like best about View360Cx is how powerful and flexible it is.
I mainly use it for WhatsApp, and it works very smoothly. The ability to integrate with our internal systems and CRM is extremely helpful — it allows us to manage customer cases efficiently and connect with clients easily. There’s not much I dislike about View360Cx — overall, it’s a strong platform.
The reporting and analysis tools are useful, but offering more customization would make them even better. That said, the existing features are still very helpful for tracking performance and understanding customer interactions. I appreciate how the platform keeps improving over time.
