It fetches all the feedback from existing customers, which helps update reviews on our company website. It's also helpful for ticketing, providing real insights and feedback of our existing customers, vendors, and partners. It's completely friendly, reliable, and good in terms of usage. It gives very clear details with customer, vendor, and partner data analytics. It's good for customer experience, and it is easy to use without being hectic or difficult to implement. Additionally, it's very good in terms of features and supports multiple languages. It's easy to integrate with existing platforms and can be used both on-premises and in the cloud.

Streamlined Our Communication Channels Perfectly

I use View360Cx for managing my company's social media and unified communications. It solves the problem of juggling multiple tabs for replying to customers through the website, emails, social media, and unified number, including a voicebot. With View360Cx, everything is in one place, which is a huge time-saver. The Calls and WhatsApp integration are very good and save me a lot of time. I particularly appreciate the auto-reply feature in WhatsApp due to its clarity. Additionally, the call history feature is extremely helpful for assigning calls to agents. The support from the View360Cx team was excellent during setup, making the whole process very good, and their support has been great.
