The Platform as a whole is very robust; there are so many options that not only help my clients but are great features that we use daily as well. Social Marketing Pro would be my top product. It makes it so easy to schedule all my social posting in one place, and it was fairly easy to set up. The AI tool helps when you have a creative block, and my clients like that they can see their whole social plan laid out for them monthly.

The customer service team is amazing. I have a weekly meeting set up with them, and I have used their help feature when I couldn't figure out how to add a social page. They are so patient and kind. They really want to help you and make sure that not only do they understand what you are looking for, but they also make sure to show you how to do it yourself so you can do it the next time it comes up. Because Vendasta is so open and transparent about what they’re building, we often get a peek behind the curtain and early insight into new AI tools long before they’re fully released. That transparency gets us excited, but it can also mean waiting weeks—or sometimes months—for complex features to be fully built and launched. The staff assignment turnover has been a significant issue for me. As soon as I have built a strong rapport and my agent knows enough about my business to help me expand and grow through the Vendasta resources, I am cut off for months and left to start over again when someone finally reaches out or responds to my requests.

There are some rough spots with the reporting on finances and billing making it hard to track real cost of services on scale! I find it next to impossible to access the data on what services are being paid for when and for what clientys.I do appreciate that Vendasta is continually tweaking and updating their platform, reporting, and connections. The platform itself is very user-friendly for agency/resellers, making it easy to become "power users" early. This was paramount for us, as we needed a platform that would not only bring a ton of value to our clients, but we also needed the ability to support it on the fly & train our clients to use it. We also found that their Conversations section of the platform brought a chat component into the platform which allows us to be connected to our clientele 24/7. As a whitelabel agency using their platform, it's been challenging to navigate what is different between "our view" and the clients view (ie. Partner Center vs. Business App).
