I think Marketing Services can do a better job using Task Manager. On occasion they have left open tasks and project statuses that have been completed. Weekly reports go out to clients and it makes us look bad when the report shows projects and tasks that are completed as not completed. Also the communication can be more consistently efficient. I absolutely love the website chatbot as well as the conversations AI for the 24/7 AI receptionist. We've had some great feedback from our clients, and I'm really, really happy for that. It's very easy to integrate those two products into a client's portfolio, and I don't have to do anything because I have the option to have Vendasta set everything up. So that's a plus. I wish that they would come up with the ability to have the AI receptionist, the voice receptionist, actually sound like the business owner or the person that would be in charge of the business or taking the phone calls. By adding the ability to copy the actual voice of the business owner, it will just make more sense when someone calls, maybe an existing client calls, and they actually hear the person's voice. I really like that the Vendasta AI Platform is essentially an entire marketing agency in a box. It's super helpful because it provides all the fundamental marketing services a company should have, whether it's building a website, creating a blog, or managing a CRM. It would be helpful if they had an AI agent that actually makes outbound calls to prospects already in the CRM who are warm to hot leads. The one big challenge I have right now is that I'm still running my company part-time, and sometimes I don't have time to catch up with all my prospects listed for the day. The customer support has taken a bit of a step back lately. They now have AI customer support, which helps with a majority of things, but anytime I need to escalate to a human, there is a much longer response time than there used to be as recently as a few weeks ago. It's A LOT to digest at first glance, and I am happy with everything. The only major downside that I have found so far is that there isn't a bookkeeping integration that works with the platform. They have a QuickBooks sync, but it's one-way from QB to Vendasta. I currently use FreshBooks, and there is no way to connect that either. So, if I wanted to invoice out of Vendasta, I would have to export spreadsheets and then compile the books manually. They offer a lot of training materials (which is good). But the sheer volume of materials, documentation and videos means that it's sometimes time-consuming to try to figure things out and get past the initial learning curve.
