What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

What do you dislike about Vendasta AI Platform?

While it's easy to use the interface looks a bit outdated (both in the backend and the frontend) and would benefit from a redesign. The backend usability suffers a bit with the design but once you get used to it, it's really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The time invested in learning the backend interface is well worth it and the software will become EASY to use after just a few hours of use.

"It does everything we need and much more"

What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

I like the Meeting Directories, which allow us to offer multiple meeting types or lengths instead of forcing them into one meeting type. For example, we have a meeting option for Brands, Retailers, and Partners, but also Demos or Quick Chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vendasta AI Platform?

As a user, I haven't found anything. However, my CMO states that it doesn't integrate with Hubspot so we can't score contacts based on them booking a meeting. I think that's a nice-to-have functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vendasta AI Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The back and forth with clients, partners, and prospects to book a time is just time-consuming. I always use the same response, "Please send over some days and times that work for you, or if it's easier, just book some time using the link below". 95% of the time, they will book it. "CalendarHero is fantastic"

What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

CalendarHero saves me a lot of time and is super customizable, unlike calendly. You can set as many calendars as needed and the integration with office365 is seamless. Clients love it! It also allows my staff to set their own calendars in an easy way. I love it and plan to use it for a very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vendasta AI Platform?

Payment integration could be better (e.g. lawpay integration). It only integrates with stripe and sometimes there are issues with the currency. As a result, I no longer use the payment feature. "CalendarHero - It works well and saves lots of time"

What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

It saves time and multiple rounds of emails and phone calls. It is easy for me and for those trying to arrange a meeting time with me. It syncs well with Microsoft Calendar and I've had no issues. I've been using for a couple of years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Up to now everyone wanted to get me on the mobile, when it suited them. Calendar Hero has given me the space and confidence to ask people to arrange meeting time in advance and to outline an agenda before the meeting. Clients and prospective clients like that they are sure they can get you, even if they have to pre-arrange. The intuak investment to help you make money is high. Specfically for a startup that has never used your platform too sell digital products to our clients. I would recommend starting them in a deficit for the first month trail and if they make you money we jump start a 30 day net term. Win Win. You open the door to make more money. "Great all around calendaring tool, reasonably priced"

What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

CalendarHero has all the requisite calendaring tools and then some. Besides just enabling folks to schedule time based on an array of parameters, it even has cool features like making certain attendees required. That helps streamlines the process of scheduling. What do you dislike about Vendasta AI Platform?

Really there isn't much to dislike. It's been reliable and continues to be an excellent value.

The "only" downside I have experienced is when it lost my Zoom connection. Not sure why that happened. But it did. I fixed it in minutes. Still, it happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

Shifting into a new career field is not the easiest thing in the world. I found the training in the Conquer Local Academy to be critical in my development as a new agency partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vendasta AI Platform?

Not much honestly. There are a couple of typos in the training materials, and one of the modules shows I haven't finished even though I have completed all the modules, and scored 100% on the quizzes. The back end of Partner Center is a bit confusing at times. It's not always super clear how to set up my clients for billing, but then place the order myself on the same day. Example: Client wants to set up their campaign in 2 weeks, that's no problem since I can use the automatic invoicing, but I don't know how to set my order up for 2 weeks. I just see the option to place the order right then and there. This was adressed recently, but it was confusing for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vendasta AI Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vendasta is solving problems for my clients which are all local business owners. Problems of inaccuracy in their online listings, and helping them rank on the first page of Google. There are many more solutions that Vendasta is offering like creating advtertising and video campaigns to help lift the obscurity that prevents many businesses from growing to their best version.
