Vendasta is a platform our company will always use. For us, it is foundational. We utilize the Snapshots for every prospect and have found partners in the Marketplace that are good and very easy to work with. I appreciate the advancements they are trying to make with tools like AI WebChat and AI Receptionist.

We do not use their automations or CRM. There are just other companies out there that either make Integrations easier or unnecessary or just have more robust features. I also do not like Vendasta's billing for products and the cumbersome way to access who your being billed for and what product. I wish Customer Service was quicker to respond.

Their tiered system. I started out paying thousands of dollars in my first year thinking I couldnt white label my services. Found out the starter version allows you to market your agency white labeled which saves money. I wasted too much money starting out when I should of have been on their starter/tier 1 account.
