"Quick Setup, Powerful Annotation Features, Needs Bulk Export"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

I love the persistent branded meeting rooms that offer one-click access without requiring freelancers to install anything. This makes it super easy for our photographers to join meetings and instantly pull up bedding photos to mark fabric edges during calls. Live annotation during calls keeps all feedback connected to the images, which drastically cuts revision time and prevents lost feedback. I also appreciate how meeting assets auto-save and sync to our DAM via Zapier, which streamlines our workflow. Managing UGC file access to align with CCPA-CPRA privacy rules is a big plus for us too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Vectera lacks bulk export for annotated product images, so I have to manually save each marked bedding or towel shot one by one. It also lags occasionally when loading high-res textile photos during our busy launch season. This slows our workflow, and I have to manually push assets to our DAM. I also need tighter permission controls for UGC to fully streamline our CCPA-CPRA privacy checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Client Engagement, But Needs Better Alerts"
4/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

I really like Vectera’s zero-download, browser-first meeting experience, which is perfect for our less-technical clients who struggle with installing standalone meeting software. The built-in co-browsing feature is fantastic; I can walk customers through our platform directly inside the call. I also appreciate being able to jot down shared notes during the session, which automatically attach to the client workspace. This eliminates the need to copy and paste content across different apps, significantly cutting down on tedious post-meeting admin work. The call recording, shared notes, and client hand-offs all consolidated in one workspace streamline my follow-up work after every customer consultation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Vectera’s notification system leaves a lot to be desired. When teammates join my client-focused meeting rooms, I often get delayed or missing alerts, so I’ve missed when colleagues hop in to assist on support calls. Its native reporting capabilities are also pretty limited. If I want to pull actionable metrics around client-session frequency or meeting durations, I have to export raw CSV data and parse it externally. I also occasionally run into minor lag during heavy co-browsing sessions when clients are on slower internet connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Workflow Hub, Lacks Reporting Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

I appreciate Vectera's persistent meeting-room structure, which works particularly well for our fast-paced broadcast work at Midwest Signal Media Group. I keep everything from call recordings to reference clips and discussion notes in one dedicated room per sponsor client, eliminating the need to send new meeting links for follow-ups. This structure also makes it easy for attendees to revisit past feedback. Additionally, I value Vectera’s straightforward guest-invite controls, which allow me to send secure room links to external sponsors or freelance crews without requiring them to create full user accounts. Its built-in screen-sharing performs reliably, allowing us to walk through draft run-sheets and preview rough ad-spot cuts seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Vectera falls short in several key areas for our fast-paced broadcast workflows at Midwest Signal Media Group. There is no native tagging system to tie meeting rooms to specific ad-campaign IDs or TV segment projects, making it harder to filter sessions for audit or review purposes. During busy live-stream pre-production calls with freelance crews, file uploads can lag with larger video preview clips. We also lack built-in reporting to track client-meeting activity. Since we have no in-house IT staff, I end up manually exporting notes and logs into spreadsheets, adding extra admin work right before our media deliverable approval deadlines. "Reliable Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

I use Vectera primarily for secure, high-quality video meetings and virtual collaboration with clients and teammates. It lets me share my screen and co-edit documents in real-time, which is great for troubleshooting customer issues without juggling multiple apps. The one-click meeting link is a lifesaver, especially on a spotty home connection, as it helps me start a session without wasting time setting up calls. The built-in recording feature is excellent for capturing sessions for follow-ups and training. I also find the ability to sketch quick diagrams on the whiteboard really helpful for explaining complex processes in real time. Vectera's screen sharing makes walking customers through troubleshooting steps very straightforward. It's a fast, reliable tool for delivering clear support remotely, and its seamless integration with HubSpot and Zendesk greatly enhances our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

While the one-click link and screen sharing are solid, the platform sometimes lags on high-resolution video when my internet drops, which can interrupt a smooth walkthrough. I'd also appreciate more granular analytics on call duration and customer satisfaction directly within Vectera so I don't have to export data to another tool. When my bandwidth dips below three Mbps, the high-resolution video stream starts buffering, causing occasional freezes. I've noticed a stable lag in the screen sharing. A useful improvement would be adaptive settings that automatically lower the resolution during bandwidth drops, plus bandwidth usage indicators so I can quickly advise customers to switch to a lower video quality if needed. "Simple, Client-Friendly Meetings That Keep Collaboration Running Smoothly"
5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

What I like most about Vectera is how simple and client-friendly the whole meeting experience feels. With browser-based meetings, persistent meeting rooms, collaborative whiteboards, and built-in scheduling, it’s easy to run consultations and support remote collaboration without asking participants to install any extra software. Overall, it helps our team collaborate better and keeps meetings running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

One thing I dislike about Vectera is that some advanced customization options and integrations feel limited compared to larger conferencing platforms. Occasionally, video quality can also depend heavily on browser performance and internet stability, especially during longer meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Online Appointment Booking and Consultation Sessions Feel More Comfortable"
5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

Vectera has been useful for keeping my online consultations, appointment scheduling, and healthcare communication more organized during regular work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition consultations, wellness follow-up discussions, lifestyle guidance sessions, and educational communication with students and learners. Setting up meeting types, scheduling sessions, and managing appointments feels simple during daily work.

I also like that booking pages, scheduling options, and contact forms work properly together without making the workflow confusing. This feels useful while handling weight management consultations, nutrition follow-ups, and wellness discussions during busy schedules. Sharing booking links and managing consultation timing also feels comfortable during regular work. Performance has also been stable during regular use while managing bookings, joining meetings, and handling consultation sessions. The platform was easy to start using and implementation did not feel difficult. Overall, Vectera fits naturally into my healthcare and educational workflow and helps me keep online appointments and communication more properly managed during daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Sometimes,on slower internet connections, joining longer consultation sessions and screen sharing can sometimes feel slightly less quick. Also, I feel the waiting room and participant entry flow could be a little more smooth during sessions with multiple attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vectera Makes Scheduling and Online Meetings Smooth and Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

I like best about Vectera is that it is very easy to use and makes online meetings smooth and simple. Scheduling meetings is quick, and the video and audio quality work well. I also like that it keeps chats, notes, and meeting details in one place, which makes communication more organized and saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

One thing I dislike about Vectera is that sometimes a few features can feel limited compared to other meeting platforms. It can also take a little time for new users to understand all the options. Apart from that, the overall experience has been good and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vectera: video conferences in the right direction but prices are too high.."
4/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

The hospital company I work for is always looking for new software that can be installed on the PCs, so we tried a video conference with Vectera and the website's graphics are very beautiful, smooth, and functional. Additionally, I really appreciated the fact that every recording is saved. During the video conference, I had no connection issues, and it was very easy to share PDF and DOC files. External links also open smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

The thing I liked least about Vectera is that they offer a 13-day trial for the test version, which is very annoying. Additionally, it is also mentioned that if a subscription is not made by that date, all saved video conferences on the Vectera site are deleted. I find it very annoying because almost all websites offer a 30-day trial to test their product. Furthermore, I had difficulty connecting with the provided link as it resulted in an error; I had to clear the cookies and cache to be able to connect, which needs to be resolved. "Essential for GDPR Compliance and Secure Meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vectera?

The built-in recording consent flow is non-negotiable for our Hamburg marketing agency’s DSGVO obligations. Whenever we review consumer lead databases or ad tracking parameters with clients, every participant must actively agree to recording before the session captures any screen or audio—this generates permanent proof of consent auditors always ask for. Each call log attaches speaker labels and precise timestamps to conversations about audience segmentation and data retention policies, cutting hours off our quarterly compliance reviews. The screen sharing holds up well with heavy analytics dashboards and draft ad visuals, and custom private meeting rooms with one-time access links stop random external guests from viewing confidential campaign data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

There’s no native sync with our team Nextcloud instance, so every call recording has to be downloaded and manually uploaded to our encrypted marketing archive each week. The entire admin backend runs only in English, which creates extra friction for junior marketers tasked with sorting and exporting DSGVO audit logs. There’s no bulk tagging tool for archived sessions, meaning we have to manually categorize every recording by campaign name one by one. It also doesn’t include pre-formatted CSV exports tailored to German marketing GDPR reporting, which adds extra formatting steps before we submit audit documentation.
