**What do you like best about Vectera?**

I really appreciate that Vectera reduces the complex process of building an AI system RAG into just a few hours of work through an API. It's like having a ready-made AI solution. The software's ability to understand not only the spelling of words but their meaning and context is impressive. I like how Vectera allows me to just upload a PDF or text file, and it quickly becomes an intelligent search engine. It's also really valuable that it provides proof that an answer comes from a specific location in the file, which is invaluable for academic research and other precise work. The initial setup process was surprisingly easy.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

It would have been more useful for different types of work if there were more options to control the 'Tone' or 'Style' of the answer.

  ### 9. Revolutionized B2B Sales Demos with Interactive Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stankovi dsgd S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

I really like Vectera's interactive collaboration features, which are truly a game-changer for our B2B SaaS/retail tech business. Unlike Zoom or Google Meet, Vectera allows us to co-create and edit with our U.S. prospects and clients in real-time during sales demos and onboarding sessions. This turns what used to be passive simple sharing into dynamic, hands-on interactions. The platform eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools for whiteboarding and document sharing. It brings frictionless and trust-building collaborative problem-solving into our high-stakes virtual meetings. Another thing I appreciate about Vectera is how the setup was exceptionally fast, intuitive, and required low effort, particularly for our distributed team across eight states.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

I don't like that Vectera’s Zapier app has limited triggers and no U.S.-sales-specific actions, which limits no-code automation for our lean team.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vectera to enhance U.S. B2B sales demos with interactive collaboration tools, eliminating tool switching and creating co-creative experiences. It replaces passive demos with active engagement, avoids sharing credentials, and streamlines our process, especially important for our distributed, lean sales team.

**Reviewed by:** Apna K. | Computer , Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

What I like most about Vectera is how seamlessly it brings collaboration and client communication together in one platform. The interactive whiteboards are incredibly intuitive—they let my team brainstorm and visualize ideas in real time without the friction of switching between apps. I also love the customizable meeting rooms, which give our client calls a professional, branded feel, making a strong impression without extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

While I really enjoy using Vectera, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the whiteboard can feel a bit limited for very complex diagrams or large-scale brainstorming sessions; sometimes it can get cluttered or slower with multiple participants working simultaneously. Advanced Whiteboard Functionality – Currently, the whiteboard is great for simple brainstorming, but adding templates for flowcharts, mind maps, or project planning would help teams structure ideas more efficiently. Enhanced zooming, multi-board organization, and layer management could also improve usability for larger projects.

I use Vectera for online collaboration and client communication. It aligns my remote team during brainstorming with interactive whiteboards, saving time and reducing misunderstandings. The platform seamlessly integrates with scheduling tools, making it easy to manage meetings and client calls without switching apps.

One area where Vectera could improve is feature depth and customization. Vectera's branded video meetings enhance professionalism through features like custom domains and logos, HD video, screen sharing, and interactive tools like whiteboards and document annotation. These tools make sessions much more interactive and engaging, resembling joint workshops rather than passive calls. The Smart Summary feature impresses me by providing AI-generated meeting summaries and action items, reducing the need for manual note-taking and ensuring alignment among participants. Overall, Vectera stands out as a robust, efficient, and reliable meeting platform.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

While Vectera's interface is clean and straightforward, it could benefit from more branding and customization controls, such as custom backgrounds or layouts for meeting rooms, and more flexibility in adjusting the appearance of scheduling pages. Additionally, the mobile version, though functional, isn't as smooth as the desktop version. Tools like whiteboards or co-browsing can feel cramped on smaller screens, and there's occasional lag when switching between tools during meetings. Vectera really helps me keep client communication organized by putting everything in one place—no more digging through endless emails. This saves me so much time and prevents those "where did I put that?" moments.

Scheduling used to be a nightmare of back-and-forth messages, but Vectera lets clients book themselves, which is a huge time-saver for me. It also makes me look more professional, which is always a plus. The dedicated meeting rooms feel much more personal than just hopping on a generic video call. Plus, the whiteboard and screen sharing make collaborating so much easier and more engaging.

Finally, having everything saved in the meeting room—notes, files, recordings—is a lifesaver. It means everyone's on the same page and we don't waste time going over things we've already discussed. Overall, Vectera just makes my client interactions smoother, more efficient, and way less stressful.

  ### 42. Super Convenient for Remote Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shefal S. | Marketing Head, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Vectera?**

Honestly, what I really love about Zoom is how simple it is to use. It’s one of those tools that doesn’t feel like it’s getting in your way—everything just kind of works. You don’t need to spend hours trying to figure out where things are or how to set up a meeting. The interface is clean, and the ease of use? Spot on. I remember the first time I logged in, I scheduled a client meeting within minutes. It’s intuitive, so there’s no learning curve, which is a massive plus when you need to focus on work rather than the tool itself.

**What do you dislike about Vectera?**

But yeah, it’s not perfect. I do wish it had more integrations with other tools, especially CRMs and project management software. It feels like I end up doing some tasks manually when it could be more streamlined. Also, while customer support is generally solid, there have been a couple of times when the response time was slower than I would’ve liked. Not a huge issue, but it’s frustrating when you’re stuck on something and waiting for a fix.

**What problems is Vectera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to deal with a lot of little, bothersome issues in meetings, but Vectera truly helps with them. Previously, there was always some problem. It could have been that certain people couldn't join, that screen-sharing wasn't working, or that the entire procedure seemed awkward. However, Vectera makes it simple. No problems, folks join when I provide them the link. I want a tool like this to make me forget about it altogether, and that's exactly what it does.
