"A Time-Saver with Intelligent Search Capabilities"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I really appreciate that Vectera reduces the complex process of building an AI system RAG into just a few hours of work through an API. It's like having a ready-made AI solution. The software's ability to understand not only the spelling of words but their meaning and context is impressive. I like how Vectera allows me to just upload a PDF or text file, and it quickly becomes an intelligent search engine. It's also really valuable that it provides proof that an answer comes from a specific location in the file, which is invaluable for academic research and other precise work. The initial setup process was surprisingly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

It would have been more useful for different types of work if there were more options to control the 'Tone' or 'Style' of the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vectera: Real-Time Collaboration Made Easy"
What do you like best about Vectera?

What I like most about Vectera is its real-time collaboration feature. We can work on documents together, and changes appear immediately, eliminating any confusion. Its screen sharing and whiteboard feature is also very smooth, which helps in explaining complex ideas easily. Vectera's scheduling and reminders feature is also quite convenient, ensuring that client calls are never missed. Additionally, its use is intuitive and simple, making my daily workflow quite efficient and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Vectera overall is quite smooth, but sometimes there are lag or connectivity issues during video calls, especially when the network is a bit weak. The scheduling feature is quite useful, but the calendar integration could be a bit more flexible, like handling multiple time zones easily. And if the whiteboard and annotation tools had more advanced features, like shapes, colors, and text formatting, brainstorming and presentations could be more interactive. "Streamlined Collaboration with Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I usually use Vectera for video meetings and collaboration, and I like that it's collaborative and organized. It helps me solve the problem of disorganized virtual meetings and provides tools that streamline the process. I appreciate the ability to save meetings and notes, so I don't lose important information. I also find it valuable how Vectera works well with Google Calendar or Outlook, making managing appointments easier. The initial setup was extremely easy and simple, which was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

The interface sometimes feels a bit outdated or clunky, and adding more integration with tools like Slack and Trello would be an improvement. Also, sometimes you need a few extra clicks to find what you want, and enhancing the integration options with project management tools would make it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized B2B Sales Demos with Interactive Collaboration"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I really like Vectera's interactive collaboration features, which are truly a game-changer for our B2B SaaS/retail tech business. Unlike Zoom or Google Meet, Vectera allows us to co-create and edit with our U.S. prospects and clients in real-time during sales demos and onboarding sessions. This turns what used to be passive simple sharing into dynamic, hands-on interactions. The platform eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools for whiteboarding and document sharing. It brings frictionless and trust-building collaborative problem-solving into our high-stakes virtual meetings. Another thing I appreciate about Vectera is how the setup was exceptionally fast, intuitive, and required low effort, particularly for our distributed team across eight states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

I don't like that Vectera’s Zapier app has limited triggers and no U.S.-sales-specific actions, which limits no-code automation for our lean team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meetings with Clear Video and Handy Whiteboard"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I use Vectera for online meetings and client sessions because it's very easy to use. I love the clear video and the whiteboard feature for sharing ideas, which makes working with clients less stressful. I appreciate that I don't have to juggle separate tools for video and collaboration, and clients can join fast and easy. The scheduling feature saves a lot of time, and I enjoy the session recordings as they are super helpful. I also like how easy it is to access everything I need for meetings in one place. Everything works smoothly, and I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

I wish the app could be faster and more stable, especially on slow internet. Sometimes during video calls, if my Internet isn't very strong, the video can freeze or lag, making it hard to follow the conversation. The whiteboard is great on a laptop, but on a phone or small tablet, it's hard to draw or move things around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Collaboration with Occasional Glitches"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I use Vectera mainly for client meetings and collaboration. I appreciate that it enables sharing options in just one click, rather than having to search through menus. I also like that I can create, draw, and sketch real ideas live in the chat, which means I don't have to integrate other apps to draw and explain my ideas; I can do it all within Vectera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Not frequent but calls drop and glitch here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Meetings with Top-Notch UI"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I really like Vectera because it simplifies scheduling and automation all in one place. It's great not having to download anything or worry about installing apps. I can create a meeting by just creating a link, and I don't even need a mobile app for that. I also appreciate the interactive whiteboard feature that allows me to draw and notate ideas in real time without additional installations, unlike Google Meet. Plus, the meeting links don't expire, and the UI is really nice. It's convenient that I can conduct video or audio calls and share my screen seamlessly with the same link. "Seamless Meetings with Intuitive Collaboration"
What do you like best about Vectera?

I like Vectera for its easy-to-use interface that lets us handle meetings, screen sharing, and collaboration all in one place. This really saves time and keeps our client interactions professional. It's helpful because we can join meetings quickly, avoid switching between tools, and collaborate smoothly. The setup was also easy and quick, with minimal configuration required. I would rate Vectera a 9 out of 10 for ease of use and effective collaboration features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

Sometimes Vectera could be improved with more advanced integrations and customization options. More third party integrations and flexible customization options would make Vectera even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vectera: Smooth Collaboration and Communication Hub"
What do you like best about Vectera?

What I like most about Vectera is how seamlessly it brings collaboration and client communication together in one platform. The interactive whiteboards are incredibly intuitive—they let my team brainstorm and visualize ideas in real time without the friction of switching between apps. I also love the customizable meeting rooms, which give our client calls a professional, branded feel, making a strong impression without extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

While I really enjoy using Vectera, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the whiteboard can feel a bit limited for very complex diagrams or large-scale brainstorming sessions; sometimes it can get cluttered or slower with multiple participants working simultaneously. Advanced Whiteboard Functionality – Currently, the whiteboard is great for simple brainstorming, but adding templates for flowcharts, mind maps, or project planning would help teams structure ideas more efficiently. Enhanced zooming, multi-board organization, and layer management could also improve usability for larger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer For Professional Video meetings and Booking."
What do you like best about Vectera?

What I liked best about Vectera is its persistent meeting rooms combined with the seamless scheduling integration. The ability to create branded, dedicated virtual rooms where I can save notes, documents, and session history is a game-changer for my client meetings. It makes follow-ups feel personal and professional, as I can pick up right where we left off without scrambling to share new links or files. My clients love joining calls instantly via a browser—no downloads or tech hassles Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vectera?

The main downside I’ve noticed is occasional glitches with calendar syncing, particularly with Google Calendar. Sometimes, booked slots or holidays don’t reflect perfectly, which can cause minor scheduling hiccups. It’s not a dealbreaker, as the support team is quick to help, but it’s an area that could use a bit more polish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
