At MakeMyTrip, recruiting participants for research studies from our internal user base was extremely challenging. Given the kind of product and research we do in the travel business, the need to talk to nuanced user cohorts is the primary concern.
There were a lot of manual operations involved in it. We were able to automate reach-outs, screenings, context sharing, reminders, and incentive distribution with userology, all while ensuring compliance. The whole recruitment could be done within a few hours as opposed to a few weeks; the response rate was upwards of 20% and there were zero no-shows. This saved time and resources for the team, allowing them to focus on other important tasks. The userology platform also provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of the recruitment process and there was a high level of customer support provided throughout the project course with a designated POC
Faster research meant more research was done, which meant more value to stakeholders and businesses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as such; the only minor thing was the option to add a buffer time between two scheduled calls during the first study, which was later added. In the beginning stages, the user interface of the tool was in its development stages, which required us to get used to the work flows; however, after using it we did get the hang of it.
