**What do you like best about Upward?**

Upward gave me an understanding of my team’s activity and performance indicators in real-time manner. This enables me to easily see which areas an individual rep is struggling in and make necessary changes to the goals set for the team.

**What do you dislike about Upward?**

Upward appears to be relatively non-adaptable within the Product, as far as Upward is concerned. The built-in activity categories and sales pipeline do not always match my tailored sales strategy.

**What problems is Upward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upward has been instrumental in my ability to manage my sales team. Upward has automated many of these tasks as listed above, which relieves me of many routine tasks so that I can spend much of my time coaching and planning.
