They provide excellent same day human support. We were able to bring all of our donations, ticket sales, and subscriptions into a single CRM which reduced the amount of time trying to gather that data from multiple sources while trying to remember how each worked. It just simplified everything and provided an easy reporting tool capable of generating reports I can give to our board with little to no clean up work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
