**What do you like best about UpStage CRM?**

They provide excellent same day human support. We were able to bring all of our donations, ticket sales, and subscriptions into a single CRM which reduced the amount of time trying to gather that data from multiple sources while trying to remember how each worked. It just simplified everything and provided an easy reporting tool capable of generating reports I can give to our board with little to no clean up work.

**What do you dislike about UpStage CRM?**

I wish they offered a chorus member management tool.

**What problems is UpStage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before UpStage, we were drowning in a "mountain of spreadsheets," juggling two separate ticketing systems and a disconnected donation platform. This fragmentation drained hours of staff time every week. By consolidating everything into one platform, we’ve reduced tasks that previously took several hours down to just one.

Beyond efficiency, we’ve modernized our entire patron experience. Moving from generic paper tickets to a fully digital system has allowed us to track purchaser data accurately for the first time in our organization’s decades-long history. After vetting multiple proposals, UpStage was the clear winner; once you account for the hidden costs of other providers, UpStage offers the best ROI on the market.

**What do you like best about UpStage CRM?**

It's an intuitive CRM that is also flexible, meeting the needs of our unusual organization.

**What do you dislike about UpStage CRM?**

I wish there were more robust options for guest checkout and donation that don't require login (that's a comment from patrons). Some patrons also requested an integration with apple wallet for their tickets.

**What problems is UpStage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpStage is a much more robust platform than our previous CRM with a much easier user interface. It also has a good deal more functionality than what we previously had.
