"Good tool to manage the longterm and large scale of project"

What do you like best about UpDiagram?

The timeline and Calendar view have played a role to simplify my effort to keep track of my whole team progress. Also, I can synchronize with the Kanban board to see the details of tasks easily. At one glance, I can see the overall and know what to do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpDiagram?

Currently, it supports the calendar under weekly and monthly units to show the progress of our work. But I have some tasks that require more details. It should provide more units such as hours so that my team can apply it to their jobs and in the meeting schedule as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UpDiagram:

UpDiagram provides a better free version because I can take advantage of many features. Also, there is one feature name Table that I have learned to utilize them better. It is a kind of higher level of data. In other words, a Grid view can be combined or connect with other tables of data. You can ask UpDiagram for more explanation. What problems is UpDiagram solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now I can see the progress of work very fast without writing down on physical calendar as I did. The highlighting is reasonable for us to keep track of. Not only me, but my team can also do so and they can involve the project anywhere and any time. Any activities are updated via email. No need to access the Updiagram and try to find out what changes. What do you like best about UpDiagram?

It’s absolutely transparent to my team and me. There is no worry about missing priority or updating status before every meeting. It is easy to learn and use very fast.
