I like the combination of different views, especially when I need to switch between the task list and a more visual view of the project. It makes it easier to see what is pending without going through messages or separate notes. **What do you dislike about UpDiagram?** Some parts can take a little time to understand when you first start setting up a project. I also feel the calendar could offer more flexibility for tasks that need more detailed scheduling. **What problems is UpDiagram solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps keep project work organized instead of having tasks scattered across messages, notes and spreadsheets. Having deadlines and task status together makes it easier to know what needs attention and reduces the chances of missing small tasks. ### 2. Also, I can synchronize with the Kanban board to see the details of tasks easily. At one glance, I can see the overall and know what to do next. **What do you dislike about UpDiagram?** Currently, it supports the calendar under weekly and monthly units to show the progress of our work. But I have some tasks that require more details. It should provide more units such as hours so that my team can apply it to their jobs and in the meeting schedule as well. **Recommendations to others considering UpDiagram:** UpDiagram provides a better free version because I can take advantage of many features. Also, there is one feature name Table that I have learned to utilize them better. It is a kind of higher level of data. In other words, a Grid view can be combined or connect with other tables of data. You can ask UpDiagram for more explanation. **What problems is UpDiagram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now I can see the progress of work very fast without writing down on physical calendar as I did. The highlighting is reasonable for us to keep track of. Not only me, but my team can also do so and they can involve the project anywhere and any time. Any activities are updated via email. No need to access the Updiagram and try to find out what changes. ### 3. There is no worry about missing priority or updating status before every meeting. It is easy to learn and use very fast. Their support team is also energetic to give me a hand to build projects as soon as possible. **What do you dislike about UpDiagram?** It’s good enough for me right now. However, I am waiting for their new improvement. Why not? **Recommendations to others considering UpDiagram:** If you are new with UpDiagram, you should create projects from templates. It saves your time to set up every from scratch. By the way, there are many videos to guide you on how to manage the project well. **What problems is UpDiagram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything about the project is totally clear with my all team.
