**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

The Topics and sub categories mapping of the feedbacks

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

deduplication needs to get better for the feedbacks

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the customers sentiments and direct feedback of them - helps in building and fine tuning the products at paypal

  ### 2. User feedback insights that supports strategic decision making and cross-functional collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elymae C. | Safety & Integrity Operations Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

The power of unitQ relies on how customizable and well-integrated it is with the tools we use daily. On the customizable front, and with the support of the unitQ team, we've set up a wide variety of monitors and searches supporting functions across the business. Insights surfaced by unitQ are highly relevant for various roles from Operations to Product.

Any internal user, regardless of the function they sit on, can leverage unitQ to gather feedback and insights to inform decision making. Using the tool requires minimal training, as it's very intuitive, even for those with non-technical backgrounds.

In our case, unitQ dashboards and monitors function as a primary source of data used by Operations, Customer Support and Product teams to uncover user pain points, bugs, and process issues. Having all functions in unitQ makes collaboration easier and issue resolution more efficient.

As for integrations, unitQ seamlessly integrates with Slack, giving users endless options regarding visibility of insights.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Getting the most out of unitQ requires investing the resources to set it up properly. This is not necessarily unique to unitQ but is something to keep in mind when considering the solution.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

unitQ allows us to be more efficient at surfacing customer feedback insights in a timely and comprehensive manner. Issue resolution is more efficient, as cross-functional teams have access to the same information, reducing the need for comparing and validating data sources. Given how customizable unitQ is, this is a tool that can be used by most functions within the company.

  ### 3. Delivers considerable value yet has room for improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan F. | Customer Experience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

UnitQ has become a crucial part of our strategy to harness customer feedback. Its powerful NLP capabilities allow us to gather and analyze data from multiple channels, helping us identify trends, prioritize pain points, and drive meaningful product changes. As a daily user and internal advocate, it’s an effective solution for any organization looking to understand the voice of the customer on a large scale. Bringing more than 20 disparate qualitative data sources together for a unified VOC that is easy to analyze and categorize has been essential for our team. Integrating new sources is relatively easy, especially with many of the existing pre-built integrations. Additionally, we appreciate the opportunity that still lies ahead for our team. We have been able to build the metadata foundation in order to analyze by cohort yet also understand the journey any user has with our brand.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

While UnitQ provides substantial value, there are areas where more refinement would elevate the experience. Occasionally, we face minor inconsistencies in data quality, timeline delays, and metadata handling, which slightly impact the tool’s reliability. However, these issues are outweighed by the overall impact UnitQ has had on our workflow and our ability to respond to customer needs.
The tool is still relatively young, yet their willingness to deliver tailored value for Upwork is abundantly clear.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more than 20+ disparate qualitative data sources from phone transcripts, to support tickets, to chatbot, to social. UnitQ helps parse the data in a way that is universally understandable, reduces mental load when analyzing, and also allows for enough customization that our team can accomplish complex tasks easily. The categorization model helps identify the "knowns" fairly well, and with more than 600 categories ("monitors") it handles much of the data categorization seamlessly. I primarily leverage the search feature to find nuances in conversations, often times these are the "unknowns" or things that might be missed at first glance. The boolean approach is simple yet effective, providing the majority of searchability optionality needed for identifying, analyzing, and delivering impactful reporting to key stakeholders.

  ### 4. Game-changer for Quality Monitoring - unitQ exceed expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose S. | CC Partnership Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

unitQ give us real-time insights that allow us to proactively address issues before they impact more users. The platform’s AI-driven analysis is amazing, helping us focus on what matters most. And the best is that we continuously see improvements coming up and any needs are always looked-up. Highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

It's not easy to keep on top of all feature that unitQ has available, so maybe the creation of short 5 minute courses how to use the tool more efficiently whould be a plus.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It aggregates feedback from thousand of users from various sources in to customized monitors, which allows me to identify quickly any types of issues. With that, it saves a lot of time in manually gathering and sorting feedback.

  ### 5. Excellent summaries of review insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee E. | Director of customer experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Being able to build charts/ graphs/ sentiment analysis of our written feedback across all the different platforms guests review us on to present back to various elements of the business.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Not being very technical myself sometimes i struggle to set up new dashboards/ do new searches and also not having someone based in UK time zone to liaise with/ meet with.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Summarising our written feedback for me into short sentences but also pictoral graphs

  ### 6. Great tool already, with even more potential to it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

unitQ is already a great tool to use based on the strong text analytics quality, easy to use dashboards, and ability to create charts according to our needs, but mostly we value how open the team is to our suggestions and business needs, as well as the quick adoption of our requests. I also appreciate the eagerness of our CSM to support and her being on top of what needs to be done in order for us to achieve our results. Also, the tool was implemented very fast, with the unitQ team being a continous support. Even though we only implemented the tool 6 months ago, we already have high quality and impactful use cases across our 11 brands globally.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I would like to suggest the unitQ team to implement timelines on requests as a standard, as we sometimes don't know when to expect something. As a client, we don't need things in a 24 hour turn over rate, but we need to make sure our stakeholders internally are aligned in accordance to timelines. We would prefer to have a longer timeline communicated and that being reliable so we can have our colleagues ready for the next steps in the project.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

unitQ lets us not only analyze large sets of open text data easily, but also lets us benchmark this to our competitors which is not possible via other data sources.

  ### 7. Reviewing friction points from Customers at DK

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I like how it's able to congregate feedback based on issue types and create detailed monitors about it.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I'm finding it quite difficult to use unitQ to assist me in informing myself about my direct work. There aren't many or any (that I can find) use cases, studies, or other known ways I've come across to use as a baseline or learn from to understand how unitQ can help me with my day to day work. I'd love to become an expert on unitQ, but it's hard when it's not overly supportive in my direct work yet.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now it's hard to say it's directly supporting my day to day in as effective of a way as I'd ideally like. I think it's much better served for areas of our team that are using it for it's more traditional features and operations while finding customer friction abiout specific products, verticals, features at DK and then being able to relay these points proactively to the teams that build or improve the items in question. It's not very often that customers are writing in about the work I'm involved with ansd sharing friction they've experienced about our team's content - it's generally more about the gameplay or techincal trouble.

  ### 8. unitQ stands alone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth B. | Strategic Customer Initiatives Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I love the ability to quickly review feedback. The AI feedback summaries and root cause are absolutely clutch functionalities that really help crystalize customer friction. unitQ is also intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Some improved functionality around chart organization would be nice; would love the ability to personalize view upon login

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aggregating feedback around new product functionalities being released in our product; identifying opportunities, sentiment quickly.

  ### 9. Great tool for understanding user feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilya K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

This is the only software that provides complete visibility of user feedback with automatic classification / topic extraction from individual reviews and support queries.

It has a straightforward interface; the onboaridng process was quite straightforward, and it is used regularly by a few dozen people in our organisation.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

The process of creating and managing monitors could be more transparent, as well as manual tweaking of monitors and historical aggregation of feedback by monitor (i.e. by topic).
One thing to improve would be more involved onboarding of new users: offering more training and integration support.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ allows us easier access, navigation, and analysis of user feedback we receive on the app stores and throughout our internal feedback tools (e.g. Zendesk). It also allows us to monitor trends in this feedback through automated alerts that quickly inform us through Slack about the nacent issues or feedback that our users might be providing through the app store reviews or contact/support forms.

  ### 10. UnitQ's analysis has helped us get to know our users.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalton H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

UnitQ has been great about helping us see what our Users are saying each day/week at scale, whether specifically or high level. This tool has helped us to get insights and grow our organizational understanding of each of our users. Our Support team utilizes the tool daily to understand pain points of each user. I am able to relay that information to our product and engineering teams who can then go and work on specific bugs each user has wrote in about.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I would say the monitors have been giving me some fits lately. They are pulling in tickets that either aren't relevant or are relevant but need to be placed in a less specific place. We, as a team, need to do an audit to hopefully help train the AI to create more useful monitors.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ is giving us the ability to know more about our users and give us specific pain points that need to be addressed. This has been great for us with the charts to see percentages, and even some of the GPT access has given us some extra data/ specifics from tickets quicker than we could diagnose them ourselves.

  ### 11. UnitQ has been a game-changer for our international support team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

The quality monitors & alerts are instrumental to keeping us aware of what's happening on our multi-platform and international support team. It helps us provide actionable and quantiative data to our product teams.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

There are times where the user experience when creating a dashboard or searching for a dashboard feels hard. I wish there was a way to create categories and sub-categories for charts & dashboard, or archive charts that we aren't currently using.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Support Team is primarily made of volunteers around the world and yet we receive 30,000+ tickets a month. We needed a way to empower volunteers to respond to tickets, but to make sure we aren't missing anything in the chaos. UnitQ has been key to helping us keep a pulse on known issues and the scale of impact.

  ### 12. Useful insights more efficiently

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Ability to see many customer verbatims in one location, categorized into buckets. More efficient review of what customers are saying.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Could use additional organizational features, like folder systems, and team permissions so not everything is shared with everyone who has access.

I want to be able to save verbatims and share with only my team not everyone

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

unitQ is helping us identify customer friction faster so we can take action more quickly.

  ### 13. Dedicated team and phenomenal product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

unitQ is continuously meeting our needs and advancing in its capabilities. The out of the box integration methods make it easy to set up and connect our data sources and streamline our community feedback into actionable insights in the click of a button.

I use unitQ on a daily basis to review insights into our community and help inform strategic decisions across our organisation. The unitQ has always been on-hand and reactive to any questions and issues that have arisen, together we've built a strong relationship which empowers us to further deliver on our members needs.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Some solvable fixes such as enabling the same integration across multipl unitQ brands (jira cloud integration) would further improve the already very easy integrations and enable us to further operationalise unitQ in our business.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

unitQ is helping us to raise technical issues to our engineering teams much faster than before, we're now able to flag issues before agents have a chance to report them via our customer service channels which means members are experiencing less time in issue too!

  ### 14. unitQ delivers qualitative user insights and a very useful product quality score

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars W. | Product Performance Intelligence & Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I'm happy to have a powerful platform at hand to produce qualitative insights from all the customer feedback we receive via multiple channels. I can rely on unitQ to show me where the shoe doesn't fit. The Product Quality Score puts a very easy customer experience metric into the hand of the Voice of Customer initiative.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

At the moment, I wish unitQ's AI would have more of a grasp of the metadata linked to the tool. They are working on expanding the smartness of their AI and this small item on my wishlist won't be a problem for long.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prioritizing and structuring the voice of the customer

The Zendesk integration had some issues at first and the data cleanup was messy for Support specifically, but the team was very helpful to solve these asap.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping the Support team communicate impact on ticket volumes in specific areas more clearly, for example the HelpCenter team knows which articles require the most attention. Additionally, it helps identify anomalies in our data, which can leard to faster incident resolution.

**Reviewed by:** Mikael H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Simply the fact that my team and I can go into one place and read all the actual customer feedback after filtering out all the noise. It has been a game changer as we in the product team before, for some sources (like customer service tools), relied on customer service to do sporadic reports on "ticket count per various categories" without any real possibility for us to dig deeper and see the nuances by seeing the details of what customers actually say.

Also, the team is very respondent in helping us with challenges, answering quetsions etc. It feels like improvements are rolled out to the tool at a very steady pace as well.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

We have had some challenges tuning alerts to the right level of sensitivity and have experienced a bit too much noise or "false alarms".

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our product teams to:
- validate and dig deeper into understanding specific customer pains or problems
- evaluate success of improvements (by reading specific feedback or seeing how volume of certain feedback categories change over time)
- explore/identify new issues

  ### 30. Structuring real time user feedback at scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shennaver C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

All of the supported integrations.

1. unitQ alerts via #slack integrations and Quality Trends view have been something that we rely on. The real-time flags pushed the ability of my team to investigate and identify potential platform issues minimizing any gaps in our user experience.

2. Dashboards have been a clear winner for all our users for being able to get a glimpse of a specific trend on one page.

3. Using AI Summarization (Beta) when reviewing a Quality Monitor has been a timesaver when analyzing a few thousand pieces of feedback while still being able to strategically frame the finer details of an issue.

Lastly, very excited to get the jira integration started since this will also help the team fast-track resolutions of any recurring or emerging issues.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Not a dislike but more around a feature request for additional exporting options.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to using alerts and reviewing the Quality Trends, unitQ's categorization process has simplified the way we uncover insights that are most relevant to our product teams.

  ### 31. Easy to understand social trends

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

UnitQ easily aggregates various social data and makes it effortless to drilldown into trends. The social posts from Reddit and X, for example, highlight very public and painful customer experiences. The ability to quickly find and share specific user experiences helps reinfornce the importance of R&D work.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I wish UnitQ had more granuarlity controls so I could get specific information about a sub monitor or specific use cases more quickly.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding customer problems

  ### 32. More data to look at for analysing issues, good tooling

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stathi P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I like the insights that the AI summary generates. I like the specifics that you can get to, in order to find out and pin point where an issue is potentially happening –– this can be really helpful in RCA (root cause analysis)

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

The prompts and pointers when you first use the service could be more useful, and a video link could be added to each area that takes you straight to how to use this feature e.g. using boolean expressions within searches and understanding more about the proximity feature should be more prominent when someone is using this for the first time.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unit Q is solving the ability to detect issues before we are aware of them, allowing us to be more efficient in our root cause analysis and resolving of the issue, to reduce negative feedback from members.

  ### 33. Better every day

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

The staff at UnirQ is very helpful and collaborative

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

The software seems to do "almost" what you want

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are looking for new ways to integrate AI into their tool to make analysis swift

  ### 34. Its very good tool to capture details

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

With Early customer feedback , we can take corrective action

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Try to caputure exact email id this will help us

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get ealry customer feedback and with this we take action ealry

  ### 35. Great way to aggregate user insights from multiple sources in a single data source

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

UnitQ lets us get all user feedback from multiple channels into a single, easy-to-use source of truth. The way UnitQ writes data back to our tools is very flexible and lets us connect these insights to various other internal data. Overall, UnitQ has helped us automate the right things and allowed us (and our internal partners) to be far quicker in surfacing and addressing the right user issues.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I think some of the data viz options in UnitQ are a little subpar but never affect our ability to determine the substance of the information. Some improvements in the reporting display and configuration could be a helpful next step, but it's not something I find to be a blocker in regular use.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ helps us identify what users are writing about, which then lets us prioritize fixes and advocate for improvements to the user experience. We also use it to automate some of our support responses or let agents take bulk actions.

  ### 36. Efficient User Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milagros P. | Member Experience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Some of the most helpful aspects of using UnitQ include its ability to quickly and accurately identify bugs, its ability to prioritize bugs based on their severity, and its ability to integrate with existing software development workflows.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Not so much a dislike, but more a feature request. We rely heavily on the alerts sent to us by UnitQ to determine if there is an actual bug in our system. We often times have to manually review and confirm if it's a bug or not. I'd say a feature request that would be helpful in distinguishing the difference between what is being talked about with our members versus what is actually broken in our product.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ has allowed us to efficiently review multiple categories across our product which once was a very manual process for us. It's helped us save time and resources, allowing us to focus on other important tasks. Additionally, UnitQ's ability to prioritize bugs based on their severity helps us address critical issues first, reducing the risk of major problems down the line.

  ### 37. Makes the customer voice heard in the whole company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I think UnitQ is a top-notch quality assurance solution that stands out for its comprehensive issue detection, real-time monitoring, actionable insights, collaboration features, machine learning capabilities, and exceptional customer support. By incorporating UnitQ into your development process, you can proactively identify and address issues, enhance your product's quality, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

There are some challenges in getting all our sources into the tool, but the team has been very helpful and are making more and more of our wishes come through.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining Feedback Transfer from Customer Support to the Entire Organization. With UnitQ we can avoid time consuming and manual processes for deepdiving into what feedback customers really are wishing from us. It also helps us solve problems and bugs more fast, since we have the possibility to react live, with alerts, instead of waiting until enough customer have reached out and customer support reaches out to developers.

  ### 38. Invaluable solution - one of a kind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janae A. | Director of Community Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

In measuring user sentiment at scale, we launched an exhaustive search for the best tool and found UnitQ. It has been an effective way to review qualitative feedback qualitatively.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

UnitQ is still relatively early in development, so some tweaks are still being addressed, but their product and engineering teams have been very responsive to our suggestions and feedback.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Measuring user sentiment in a way that we can make user-focused decisions without being reactive to individual users who don't represent a trend in user feedback. Representing user issues cross-departmentally by having qualitative dashboards to visualize user sentiment. Finding bugs quickly and linking user feedback to GHIs.

  ### 39. Top Tier Voice of the Customer Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

UnitQ has become the go-to platform for my company when trying to analyze the voice of our customers. Since using UnitQ, we have gained insights into what our customers are saying in real-time. UnitQ provides a top-tier experience for companies looking to see what people say about their product.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

The downsides to using UnitQ are very minimal. Whenever we need to have some adaptations created for our use case scenarios, they are very open to looking into them.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The member feedback we are receiving from UnitQ is helping my company to create business decisions that positively affect our customers.

  ### 40. Voice Technical Specialist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Easy to use tool that helps you understand the tone of customers in real time

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Use of Keywords in the search area should be done carefully, it could mislead sometimes

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making the process of escalation faster

  ### 41. UnitQ enables teams to better understand users and achieve higher product quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

There is a peace-of-mind element that comes with using UnitQ. Platforms like ours have a lot of different tentacles to it and UnitQ allows us to have coverage across the entire ecosystem, even in areas that may not be as much of a focus at the present time. With a lot of product launches happening all the time, UnitQ enables our teams to know what users are saying, how they are reacting to the product, and gives us a chance to iterate quick.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I am excited for future iterations where we can further customize and engage with the pieces of feedback that come in (like creating lists, boards, etc.)

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ allows us to have user signal at our fingertips and allows us to share that analysis quicker than ever before. That deals with not only feedback and sentiment but also alerting us to when there are bugs or other problems impacting the UX.

  ### 42. Powerful tool and team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephany S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

UnitQ is a tool with seemingly infinite possibilities when it comes to understanding your user feedback. We continue to find creative and impactful ways to streamline its use. The team also provides great collaboration and support for implementation and maximizing use.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

The feedback is only as good as you can maintain its Quality monitors. Some overhead with maintaining and tuning up categorization that comes naturally with work of this nature. The output is worth it.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ allows us to be quickly alerted when sentiment categories are increasing suspiciously, it's helped us catch many high-impact bugs. It also allows us to search and filter through sentiment data to better understand user trends.

  ### 43. UnitQ is a must have tool for every organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamila P. | Product Quality Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

What is most helpful about UnitQ?
Its automatic analysis and categorization of user feedback. This time-saving feature allows us to prioritize critical issues and address them promptly. The sentiment analysis is particularly impressive, providing valuable insights into customer satisfaction.
Collaboration is seamless with UnitQ, efficient cross-team communication. They are always available to address our questions and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure we maximize the platform's potential and achieve our feedback management goals.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I must say that I find no downsides or shortcomings to using the platform!

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ helps quickly identify emerging issues, prioritize critical problems and track trends over time.

  ### 44. Cut through noise, get to the feedback you want faster.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin P. | Supervisor, Member Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2022

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I have to emphasize "proactive " and "efficient" as keywords. Feedback is organized into "Quality Monitors" automatically as trends arise. Custom alerts allow you to pick and choose what to keep a closer eye on, with each alert allowing for a unique threshold per Quality Monitor (love the slack integration for this!). Then add in the multiple sources of feedback you can plug into and the efficiency starts to stand out. Once activated and Quality Monitors started generating for us, we were pleased to see the demos deliver on their promise as we immediately saw opportunities flagged in the tool without investing a ton of time "hunting" for them. I also have to say the client success team is very engaged and I am excited to see how the tool develops as we continue to use it and share feedback.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

This is not a dislike, just not as useful for us in our experience given our service area and customer base, but some of the filtering and charting details for things like sentiment by language or country and UnitQ score by country. This could be beneficial for an org with a larger reach, we just aren't utilizing it as much right now.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ is helping us improve our customer experience by surfacing issues faster as well as assessing impact to help our teams prioritize accordingly. This included service, tech, and product experiences.

  ### 45. Taking all information and breaking it down into views

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

I like how it can scrape almost all interactions about our business that we need, from any platform

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

I would like to see if we could break it down by hours of the day instead of just day week and month

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see how our members are interacting with specific promos or app changes that we make

  ### 46. User Advocates -- this is how you connect your users to the rest of the company.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2022

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

unitQ simply stores all of your aggregate sentiment from your userbase. You can see what users are saying about your business on Reddit, Twitter, your Zendesk tickets, and practically anything else if there's an API for it. Because PII is removed, you pass sentiment around specific features, bugs, or verticals to those respective teams without giving them too much unnecessary information that might identify users.

I love the ability to pass this sentiment to a Slack channel for coworkers to see in real-time. You'll get to see product designers, engineers, product managers, and other teammates make comments, commit fixes, and iterate on your product thanks to the exposure they have to what your users are saying.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Our team specifically doesn't have a use case for some of the alerting functionality. I could see how they would be helpful for other working groups that want to be alerted of unexpected trends, however.

unitQ is constantly launching new and innovative features. Some of the newest beta features aren't quite fleshed out, but every time I learn more about a new feature I get excited to jump in and see what it can offer.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed me to create buy-in from other teams, closer collaboration, and quick turnaround times for fixes when they are needed. If customer advocate teams are having a hard time convincing engineers *this* bug needs to be fixed, unitQ is for you. If you're struggling to demonstrate that your customers really do want *that* feature, this is the tool for you. unitQ is how you inspire teams to deliver the next big thing for your customers.

  ### 47. Brilliant tool to ensure the voice of the customer is heard companywide!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2022

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Quick & easy access to trending and top customer pain points. Powerful search and filtering options allow fast time to insight and easily distributed findings. Brilliant integrations, including slack & Jira allow for various options to share with different teams around the company.

The alerts function is very helpful and lets you know something is happening without continually checking.

UnitQ team are incredibly helpful with any amendments or improvements required.

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

unitQ is consistently releasing new features, they look promising and I can’t wait to see them in their final state.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decreasing time to insight - we can identify bugs sooner & therefore resolve sooner. Unifying customer contact points in one place and categorising issues in the same system means more accurate insights and saves time. Allows more folks in the business easy access to the voice of the customer!

  ### 48. Bringing the customer voice to life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn A. | Community Insights Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2022

**What do you like best about unitQ?**

Makes it easy to get a holistic view of the customer
Visual representations of the data make it easy to spot nuances quickly and efficiently
Alerts + Slack integration mean we can keep on top of any changes effectively
The team are very quick to help and work alongside you to create the perfect platform for your needs
Everything in beta production looks promising, and cannot wait to see the final product!

**What do you dislike about unitQ?**

Unit Q is soon coming out with dashboards which will make sharing information more accessible and streamlined than it is at current.

**What problems is unitQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UnitQ is solving a variety of business questions - such as why there are drops or rises in app store ratings, what effect solving specific issues would have on ratings and customer satisfaction, and decreasing the time it takes for us to spot bugs etc
