    "Amazing Support: We have been using Skubana for about 10 months now. I will admit that Skubana was very complex/intimidating when we first started. However, our account rep Jeffrey was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions that we had. Now that we are more comfortable using the system our team loves it. It is amazing being able to ship from multiple warehouses by simply clicking a few buttons. This software is also great because of its ability to track and manage inventory levels in each warehouse. We have a few amazon stores setup internationally and with Skubana you can see how many items you have in total and how many items are available each warehouse. The RMA process is also a breeze, one click and you customer receives the return shipping label to their email. Like I said, it was a bit daunting in the beginning (I should mentioned we started using it right before the holiday season so things were already busy) but their support helped us get up to speed and we are very happy with Skubana."

It includes all accounting functions , including allowing my accountant to make adjustments at the end of the year. It does all the stock and purchasing but importantly it integrates every sales channel like several Amazon Market places, Ebay and my Magento website. We've used several shipping programs but they were all difficult to use, had missing features, or just didn't perform like shippingeasy. Staff is ALWAYS willing to help to and I have NEVER had to wait a ridiculous time to get answers to my questions. I love their new campaigns tool we've seen an increase of conversations on our website since we implemented this new tool and we feel this is going to start to beef up our revenue with the upcoming hunting seasons. Having been on the Finale system for the past year, we have been able to easily integrate our website, Chocoley.com, Shipstation, QuickBooks and Amazon.com for a seamless and accurate management of our inventory across all marketing & sales channels. Prior to using Finale, we were completely in the weeds and had nothing but problems managing our inventory. The idea of selling in different channels was a pipedream and thanks to Finale, it's not just a desire, but reality. If anyone is thinking about utilizing Finale, they should move forward, as it is the right decision. No costly software to buy and the customer support has truly been unbelievable...     "Easy deployment, tricky designing: The one good thing that I liked about it is it's ease of deployment. Even thought the designing part is a bit of a hassle and honestly, design always remains a hassle. the system is also scalable like from PC to tablets and even mobile phones, it can be integrated. I didn't work on the PLC so cannot comment about it but used the barcode service which yielded good results. I would definitely prefer RFgen"
