**What do you like best about Umnico?**

Previously I have never used any messaging software and relied on emails, along with phone calls. Umnico has centralized modern text-based communications, allowing my agency to leverage the direct nature of WhatsApp and Telegram to deliver highly relevant and personalized marketing messages. Moreover, my team has also facilitated real-time conversations and built stronger relationships on behalf of our clients with their audience.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

While initial setup required some familiarization with the platform, the benefits of streamlined communication and enhanced data insights have far outweighed the learning curve. The support team is responsive but needs to be trained to improve their communication skills.

**What problems is Umnico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using their services for the last 2 years and never disappointed me. The best part is they have telegram personal with phone number integration which I cannot find it elsewhere. Everything went smooth.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

I think it is better chat center for telegram communication right now. Fast working with native features and pipeline. Also it can work with goup chats in telegram. They have an ai agents in group chats and this is very nice feautre.

I think they can divide chats to deals, and i think pricing can be cheaper.

Communication in telegram with partners, also in group chats with clients. I cant find anywhere chat center with group chats.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

One thing I initially appreciated about Umnico was its user-friendly interface, but it turned out to be incomplete. The web version of the site is in English, while the mobile apps are only available in Russian, which created inconsistency and made it harder to use across different devices.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

I had a frustrating experience with Umnico. Despite stopping the use of their service and contacting support multiple times to cancel my account, I was still charged repeatedly. The cancellation process didn’t work on their platform, and even after notifying them well in advance, I continued to receive charges—months after I last logged in. It feels unfair and unprofessional to charge customers after they’ve clearly requested to cancel. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to their lack of response and transparency regarding cancellations.

**What problems is Umnico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Umnico helps by bringing messages from different platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook into one place, making it easier to manage all communications. This can save time and make things more efficient. However, for me, the incomplete features and language issues made it less helpful.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

Liked the ease of use. Very clear understanding of our needs. The company does not clutter the functionality with unnecessary things - only what is necessary for work. Ease of integration. Excellent support service

Have not found any shortcomings, completely satisfied with the platform and the company

**What problems is Umnico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plasma Health is a manufacturer of low-temperature plasma equipment for cosmetology. The company has several customer acquisition funnels and stages of cooperation with customers: training, equipment sales, drugs, and account support. 
The main problem is the need to correspond and communicate with customers through personal chats, not chatbots. In addition, there were difficulties in transferring the client and chat with him at the stage of changing funnels - when the client after the sale comes to the account support and you need the whole history of communication with the client. The third problem was the need to allow managers to pick up each other's chats and pass them to each other by delegating tasks (all employees work in different countries and remotely and it is important to have quality communication channels).
 Solution. Umnico platform is the only one of its kind that allows you to connect personal Whatsapp/Telegram in addition to chatbots and add all necessary social networks), it is very easy to pass the client to the next stage of the funnel to the next manager and have all the history with the client. It is easy at any stage to pick up the dialog with the customer and continue it. There is an option to write first to the customer. Very user-friendly interface with tasks, robots and reporting. 
Result: all information about the client and the history of communication with him is available at any time. Each client does not remain unanswered and we can promptly respond to any request. Right after the introduction of the platform, the conversion rate increased by at least 20%

Umnico stands out in the live chat market with its robust functionality. Umnico provides a user-friendly CRM combined with instant messaging functionality and VoIP to communicate with clients seamlessly. Instead of using several tools simultaneously, our team leverage one with effortlessly.

This service is relatively young and lacks integration with other important business environment such as Google Analytics, however, we can live with it.

Ake.net nurtures customers with a combination of email and messages, and Umnico does a great job for us in terms of engagement followed by conversion rate increase.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

I enjoy Umnico Live Chat. It is probably the best chat for small businesses. It installes easy and works great. Really good and fastest way of connecting with my customers. The thibg I like about Umnico the most is customers identification, so I can see who is on my website at the given moment and engage the buyers.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

The price becomes a little bit higher when you have multiple users and need to add instant messengers, however, I can assure you that amy smart business will get a return on that in a short term. Your mobile app need improvement because it comes with very limited options.

Umnico is an ideal tool for any ecommerce website to chat with its visitors, goog traffic insights functionality comes with it as well. You can aslo merge messengers and some social media with the live chat widget to transition the conversation to a messenger.

75%+ of our text messages came through instant messengers, such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. We were able to optimize inquiries processing with Umnico, and increased the effectiveness of our service by reducing the response time. We also employ some additional channels - social media to engage more customers.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

Can not see any disadvantages so far. My team has unboarded Umnico in a few days and started dealing with inquiries right away with no training at all.

Like Umnico a lot since it allows my team to chat with users via multiple WhatsApp and Telegram accounts without business verification on Facebook. We tag chats, make notes, store all records in one cloud-based system and move inquiries down the status pipeline, which is awesome and supports conversion

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

There are some minor glitches in the system; it fills like it has not yet been localized properly. However, I can live with it. Once in a while, I encounter WhatsApp connectivity issues, but it's usually solved in a clicks

Umnico helped us provide our actual clients with instant responses 24/7 via messaging apps, which appeared to be the most convenient channel for our users. The service also helped us improve our response times and SLA.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

Please improve the stability of your WhatsApp integration. It disconnected a few times and I was forced to reconnect it manually. Plus, it will be an advantage if you add WhatsApp message to email forwarding functionality.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

I really love your Inbox, which helps me to stay in touch with my customers on a daily basis. I can also integrate and use several WhatsApp Business accounts at ones and blast messages across my client database. Automation settings are not complicated at all, so even my mature employees can set up trigger and auto-replies, it saves us some time.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

The service is poorly localized into German and Spanish. Although your complementary live chat comes with comprehensive functionality, it lacks CMS support so I had to install it manually.

Customer relations and engagement on social media. Umnico is an easy-to-use social commencing tool that helps e-com businesses and listing companies, like WebZabor, gain incremental leads via messengers.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

We use Umnico Messaging API to leverage Whatsapp, Viber and Facebook Messenger functionality in our service. There was no need to install 3 APIs and use their commands. Also Umnico supports the integration with one of the largest aftermaerket listings in Eastern Europe.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

I have to admit that Umnico's technical support is really slow and not always competent in SDK and API utilization. WhatsApp connection bounces sometime. Other things are great.

We sent notifications and chat with clients via WhatsApp, Viber and Messenger in our custom application and CRM thanks to Umnico Messaging API. In addition, we integrated our business platform with Avito and Auto.ru to engage customers in Russia

Relly easy to use interface that allows you to set-up any business messenger in minutes. Umnico also offers a comprehensive set of services to help businesses improve their digital capabilities and drive growth. Your chat widget and traffic insights are amazing.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

I cannot find any reasons not to use Umnico as a solid all-in-one messenger, beside its pricing. Although there are some free solutions available on the market, Umnico offers a reasonable subscription cost which is easy to monetize even for freelancers and in small business.

Umnico centralized all communications across messengers and social media in one app, which is cloud-based and works in a browser, so there are no problems with software and hardware requirements.

Our sales use this software everyday to engage with our users and answer their queries. The experience is good so far - the support from the Umnico to integrate and unite various messengers is also very good.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Perhaps it will be advantageous if Umnico adds customer data upload as a feature, as well as  Slack integration to work in a team more effectively

Nicely developed CRM system that is text-communication focused and utilizes over twenty messengers and social media. You can easily use multiple WhatsApp accounts in one window, which also makes Umnico a brilliant business messenger.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

Its application for iOS still lacks the necessary functionality and analytics. Some notifications do not go through. However, I believe that it will be fixed in a short run

This well-designed team tool enhances internal workflows for external communication. One of the most impressive features of the platform is its automation capabilities, which have helped me streamline and maintain consistency in client-facing interactions via email and WhatsApp

However, I did face some challenges when setting up the WhatsApp Business API, but the support team eventually assisted me, albeit with some delay in response time.

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

Umnico helps me stay in touch with many of my partners via multiple Viber accounts. Furthermore, I’m able to utilize other popular messengers, such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, and forward chats among them. Digital pipeline is another feature I appreciate a lot that lets tasks be “done”.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

Although this all in one messenger is evolving, it still lacks CRM and analytics tool integration features. Umnico provides some essential analytics about your website visitors and communication performance, but there is no option of extending it today.

**What problems is Umnico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Umnico is good for both team messaging and customer communication. It systematizes chats, tracks the performance, does sales automation, and helps reaching out prospects.

Umnico combines the functionality of multiple instant messengers, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, FB Messenger, into a single chat center. Moreover, it has a sales funnel, which makes it easy to get some fings done and set statuses.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

Although Umnico provides my business with all essential communication channels, this service still lacks some vital integrations, especially in the Asian region. For instance, WeChat is not supported yet. However, I bet the Umnico team is working on that

**What do you like best about Umnico?**

The integrations with social media and messengers work nearly perfectly all the time. Chats happen in real time with no delays, and you can send various files and view delivery status in WhatsApp, which not every integration supports. The app's interface is sleek and intuitive. Not a single member of our support team had trouble transitioning to it.

**What do you dislike about Umnico?**

Would be great to see more integrations with popular business apps and CRMs, as well as other messaging apps, to provide truly all-around support through the platform.

**What problems is Umnico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Umnico makes the work of our support agents more streamlined; they don't have to switch between multiple messengers and can see the entire chat history with a client in a single window.
