What do you like best about Umnico?

Previously I have never used any messaging software and relied on emails, along with phone calls. Umnico has centralized modern text-based communications, allowing my agency to leverage the direct nature of WhatsApp and Telegram to deliver highly relevant and personalized marketing messages. What do you dislike about Umnico?

While initial setup required some familiarization with the platform, the benefits of streamlined communication and enhanced data insights have far outweighed the learning curve. What do you like best about Umnico?

I've been using their services for the last 2 years and never disappointed me. The best part is they have telegram personal with phone number integration which I cannot find it elsewhere. Everything went smooth.

What do you like best about Umnico?

I think it is better chat center for telegram communication right now. Fast working with native features and pipeline. Also it can work with goup chats in telegram. They have an ai agents in group chats and this is very nice feautre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Umnico?

One thing I initially appreciated about Umnico was its user-friendly interface, but it turned out to be incomplete. The web version of the site is in English, while the mobile apps are only available in Russian, which created inconsistency and made it harder to use across different devices. What do you dislike about Umnico?

I had a frustrating experience with Umnico. Despite stopping the use of their service and contacting support multiple times to cancel my account, I was still charged repeatedly. The cancellation process didn’t work on their platform, and even after notifying them well in advance, I continued to receive charges—months after I last logged in. It feels unfair and unprofessional to charge customers after they’ve clearly requested to cancel. Our team has thoroughly investigated your inquiries regarding the removal of your credit card from your profile and have confirmed that our support team followed all necessary procedures. Due to data security regulations, our specialists do not have direct access to any sensitive financial information of our client. Only you, as the account holder, can manage your payment methods. Hence, they can only be removed by you. While our support team repeatedly guided you through the steps to cancel your subscription and remove your credit card, it seems there was a misunderstanding that led to the subscription renewal.

I enjoy Umnico Live Chat. It is probably the best chat for small businesses. It installes easy and works great. Really good and fastest way of connecting with my customers. The price becomes a little bit higher when you have multiple users and need to add instant messengers, however, I can assure you that amy smart business will get a return on that in a short term.
