
Uku is an essential tool for a business owner and team lead. It helps me track where my own time and my team’s time actually goes. It also helps us improve our systems, because we can see which parts of the work are the most time-consuming and optimise them. What is especially convenient is that in our team different people can work on the same task in separate segments and easily hand it over to one another. In addition, we can attach task-specific checklists, files and comments. This makes life very convenient and saves a lot of time.
As both a team lead and business owner, I honestly can’t imagine my work without Uku. If a task or activity is not in Uku, it will probably not get done, because Uku is my calendar, reminder system and everyday work assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can’t think of anything major I dislike. I’m a complete Uku fan. Of course, from time to time there are small technical issues, but the customer support team is very helpful and resolves them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
