Uku is an essential tool for a business owner and team lead. It helps me track where my own time and my team’s time actually goes. It also helps us improve our systems, because we can see which parts of the work are the most time-consuming and optimise them. What is especially convenient is that in our team different people can work on the same task in separate segments and easily hand it over to one another. In addition, we can attach task-specific checklists, files and comments. This makes life very convenient and saves a lot of time.

For some older users, the system can be a bit difficult to navigate at first, especially when trying to find the right features or add items to the to-do list. I wish i was able to add a member to a task template rather than having to manually add them each time. I like how effectively Uku helps manage my tasks and client agreements, bringing structure and clarity to everyday work. The user desktop could benefit from greater personalization. In my daily workflow, I often need the ability to add multiple regions so I can highlight important dates on the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently contacted customer support to ask whether it was possible to display the amount of time I am working on the favorite bar. Although my request could not be fulfilled, the support team was helpful and responsive, which I really appreciated.

I also love the overall design and that the platform is accessible on mobile devices. It is a bit of a downside that it is only available through a browser, as there is no dedicated app yet.

I have been quite frustrated with this website. I had to complete puzzles at least 200 times, which became very tedious and unnecessary.

I also had a negative experience with UKU. A few weeks ago, I was unexpectedly logged out when I tried to pause my work to take a break. When I attempted to log back in, I kept receiving an error message saying that my username or password was incorrect—even though they were correct.

I even tried resetting my password, and while the reset worked, I still got the same error message. It seemed to be a system bug, and the whole experience was very frustrating.

The thing I like most is the ease of use, the aesthetically pleasing graphic design and the clarity/transparency of the processes. This makes using the programme easy and pleasant. I use it every day, so that's important. It is also easy to introduce this system to the company and adapt to it.
