Tasks are less likely to be overlooked when they are planned in Uku immediately. The system allows tasks to be moved between days and enables viewing activities by person to see how many tasks each individual has per day. We use Uku on a daily basis and customer support is very good. **What do you dislike about Uku?** Adding and editing recurring tasks can sometimes be complicated and confusing. In some cases, after scheduling a task, it seems to disappear. This creates uncertainty about whether the task was added to the wrong date or why it cannot be found in the calendar or dashboard view. As a result, the task is often added again, and this process may be repeated multiple times. Later, it may turn out that several duplicate tasks have been created for the same day and need to be deleted. It appears that when a task is scheduled far in advance (for example, nine months ahead), Uku may not display it immediately, as if it requires some kind of background or automatic processing before it becomes visible. In general, planning recurring tasks requires many clicks. This could potentially be reduced by allowing certain default fields to be predefined at the company level. For example, having to manually set both the start date and the due date each time is cumbersome, especially when, for our company, both should always match the task’s scheduled date. The implementation process takes a considerable amount of time, and it can be more difficult for employees who do not use the system regularly to learn it. **What problems is Uku solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uku solves the problem of having to manage work across numerous Excel files by bringing everything into one place, which helps save time. As a result, I am able to accomplish more, and my manager has visibility into what I have been working on and how much work I have completed. It also reduces the need for searching for file locations, as the task itself shows where the related file is stored. That said, it would be useful if the task description also supported images and short links. ### 2. It helps me plan my day better. It's also convenient that I can just drag and drop tasks from one day to another. **What do you dislike about Uku?** It has proven to be a bit inconvenient that when you add a task, you have to refresh the website for it to appear again. It would also be inconvenient if, when adding a recurring task, I marked a weekend day as the start date, for example. Then I marked that if the date falls on a weekend, the task would be displayed on the previous day, but I left the same date as the start date (for example, January 10 of this year). After a while, I discovered that the task was not created in the first year because the start date seemed to be later. It's not a big problem, but at that point it created additional work to make all the changes. **What problems is Uku solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes communication between employees easier. Customer support seems good, but I have not really had the chance to touch base. I need to take the time to learn more about it and its features, but have no time to do that yet. It's simple and is giving you a nice overview of the clients and their tasks. Implementing the system seems to go easy and there is only few complications. They have a very usefuld online guide and if you still need help the support is great. **What do you dislike about Uku?** It's simple whitch also means there is some feature missing for our use, for now. The settings and "task/job/projekts" can be a bit difficult to work out in the start. **What problems is Uku solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overview over progress, project, clients, time and task. Uku is way simpler to use than our other system and can almost do the same. By being simpel and easy to use, the learning curve is smaller and the use of the system will be more often, whitch is necessary when we are more people over the same client. ### 5. Stopping the time tracking requires a separate push by the user.
