Uku is an essential tool for a business owner and team lead. It helps me track where my own time and my team’s time actually goes. It also helps us improve our systems, because we can see which parts of the work are the most time-consuming and optimise them. What is especially convenient is that in our team different people can work on the same task in separate segments and easily hand it over to one another. In addition, we can attach task-specific checklists, files and comments. This makes life very convenient and saves a lot of time. As both a team lead and business owner, I honestly can’t imagine my work without Uku. Uku is solving our biggest agency challenges: knowing who is doing what, how long work really takes and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Before Uku, tasks and information were spread between email, spreadsheets and chat. Now everything is in one place, with clear owners, deadlines and time tracking. This gives me, as a business owner, a realistic overview of capacity, profitability and workload. We can price our services more accurately, plan the team’s time better and spot bottlenecks early. It is easy to find a solution with the live chat feature when you have a problem or need a question answered. I wish i was able to add a member to a task template rather than having to manually add them each time.
