
I have a lot of inquiries in my line of work that involve a lot of FaceTime or video calling so we can see what's going on rather than explanations. We are using TweakShot to keep records of the these calls for later evaluation. Often times a customer is two weeks out from seeing us. Now we know exactly what we're walking into having the video along with quotes and questions of the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really no much I dislike about it that I can think of it works like it says it does Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
