**What do you like best about TruRating?**

The team at TruRating is highly professional and responsive. It’s always a pleasure meeting with them, and they clearly know their stuff. The dashboard is also very easy to use, and being able to give our team admin rights—rather than having to go through the vendor every time a change is needed—has been very welcome.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

I don't believe there are downsides of using TruRating. It did take a bit longer to implement than expected, but this was not so much on TruRating but on one of the other stakeholders. Once the other stakeholder had finished their work, TruRating was very simply integrated into our ways of working.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are receiving almost immediate, high quantity, feedback from customers rather than batch-surveying or waiting on ad hoc feedback. That allows us to monitor satisfaction levels with different elements of the service and take action quicker.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

What I like most about TruRating is the ability to receive real time, in the moment feedback directly from our customers. That immediate insight gives leaders and store teams the opportunity to teach, train, and coach on the spot rather than waiting for delayed reporting. When feedback is timely, it becomes actionable. It allows us to reinforce great behaviors, address opportunities quickly, and ultimately create a better experience for our customers.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

I don’t have any feedback. TruRating has been a valuable tool.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Heat Map is especially valuable because it highlights where service is truly excelling and where there may be opportunities. That visibility allows us to recognize teams delivering amazing experiences while also giving leaders the ability to coach and support stores in the moment to improve the overall customer experience.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

The TruRating tool has been an incredibly transformative change in better understanding the customer feedback which drives the overall customer experience in our stores.  The tool allows the organization to utilize the data analytics expertise of the TruRating team to better understand what the customer is telling us - successes & opportunities - to drive an actionable plan for our leadership and store teams.

Every part of the TruRating team is engaged in helping understand how to maximize the value of the tool - the collaboration & support has been a refreshing experience for us - and we are learning more and more every day.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

The downside is minimal on the TruRating side.  The majority of the challenges tend to be on the cc payment terminal integration, which TruRating does an outstanding job in helping to navigate some of the technical challenges between the cc payment provider and IT.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We better understand what the customer focus is when shopping in our stores - what is important in their shopping experience, and what we think is important which has limited importance to the customer.  We are able to easily see based on customer responses what we are doing well and where the opportunities are down to the store level - day of week, time of day - and based off of certain questions the potential $ opportunity value of improving the customer experience.

Capturing consumer feedback in the moment, while the experience is still fresh in their minds, is crucial for helping us better understand our business.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

Being able to collect feedback only from consumers who complete card-based transactions limits the feedback we receive. That said, this is being addressed with the future launch of new tools.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us see what’s working and where we can make improvements to better enhance the customer journey in our stores.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

TruRating provides excellent software at all levels, from the guest checkout experience to the corporate office team. It’s user-friendly, efficient for guests and customers, and easy to operate. Nicky and Ethan, as support team members, are precise, efficient, and dependable. They are always available and willing to address our company's needs, regardless of how big or small the task is. TruRating offers an intuitive product that allows us to create custom questions, helping our company proactively address issues and improve our workflow. I highly recommend TruRating!

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

Users can export the custom questions to an Excel spreadsheet however I would love it if it had the compatibility to export to a PowerPoint or a report-style document, including all the details. For example, store location, date, results, and questions.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TruRating surveys assist our company in addressing our guests' needs, providing legendary service, and transforming the company's workflow.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

We have been very happy with the feedback provided from TruRating guest survey's.  The ability to have flexible questions as well as industry standard ensures our locations are remaining great places to shop providing excellent customer experiences.  

The addition of the touch on glass feature has had great adoption and increases our guest responses.   We also are using the language features which is a great plus for our non-English customers.

The TruRating portal has been very easy to use and provides simplified actionable reporting from our Store Managers up through the highest levels of leadership.  

Support is outstanding with immediate responses to issues.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

At this time, I do not have any downsides.  There are always concerns on how much associates are answering for guests but with release of touch on glass there are far fewer concerns as the ease of use for the guest is far better.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to confirm our locations are perceived as clean, well stocked and provide value.  Watching trends also lets us know if we may have leadership issues or find the gems who make the business flourish.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

We’ve appreciated how easy it is to integrate with our Verifone payment gateway, and the fact that it didn’t require any point-of-sale changes. The customer prompt is simple, and the questions are easy to answer, which helps drive higher compliance. The dashboard is also straightforward to use for viewing results by store, district, and region.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

If we were to move away from our current payment gateway, we would essentially need to reimplement the entire solution from scratch.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Dashboard insights clearly highlight stores that deviate significantly from the norm, and comparing those norms across other retailers makes it easier to focus attention where it’s needed most.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

Their platform allows us to capture robust ratings tied directly to transactions, which gives us a much deeper level of insight for analysis and helps us identify clear opportunities for improvement in the customer journey. Beyond the technology, their team is attentive, responsive, and always willing to adapt to our needs

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

Some customers and even cashiers can view the additional process at checkout as a slight annoyance.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One key problem that TruRating directly helps solve is the consistency of experience across different stores and times of day.  It helps management share best practices across the network as well as staff scheduling, ensuring that times of the day where we generally see lower ratings are prioritized with better support available.

**What do you like best about TruRating?**

I appreciate the partnership attitude with which the TruRating team works with our team. They want to ensure we get the most actionable insights from the data and will work tirelessly to ensure the questions we ask get us what's valuable.

**What do you dislike about TruRating?**

Because the feedback is captured at the point of sale when the guest is busy talking to the cashier, fumbling for their payment method, etc., I still question whether the respondent is providing thoughtful vs. rushed feedback on their experience.

**What problems is TruRating solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We continue to dig deeper into the speed of checkout perception and where in the process to focus our improvement efforts.
