"Professional, Responsive Team That Truly Knows Their Stuff"
What do you like best about TruRating?

The team at TruRating is highly professional and responsive. It’s always a pleasure meeting with them, and they clearly know their stuff. The dashboard is also very easy to use, and being able to give our team admin rights—rather than having to go through the vendor every time a change is needed—has been very welcome. What do you dislike about TruRating?

I don't believe there are downsides of using TruRating. It did take a bit longer to implement than expected, but this was not so much on TruRating but on one of the other stakeholders. What do you like best about TruRating?

The TruRating tool has been an incredibly transformative change in better understanding the customer feedback which drives the overall customer experience in our stores. The tool allows the organization to utilize the data analytics expertise of the TruRating team to better understand what the customer is telling us - successes & opportunities - to drive an actionable plan for our leadership and store teams.

Every part of the TruRating team is engaged in helping understand how to maximize the value of the tool - the collaboration & support has been a refreshing experience for us - and we are learning more and more every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TruRating?

The downside is minimal on the TruRating side. The majority of the challenges tend to be on the cc payment terminal integration, which TruRating does an outstanding job in helping to navigate some of the technical challenges between the cc payment provider and IT. What do you like best about TruRating?

TruRating provides excellent software at all levels, from the guest checkout experience to the corporate office team. It’s user-friendly, efficient for guests and customers, and easy to operate. Nicky and Ethan, as support team members, are precise, efficient, and dependable. They are always available and willing to address our company's needs, regardless of how big or small the task is. TruRating offers an intuitive product that allows us to create custom questions, helping our company proactively address issues and improve our workflow. I highly recommend TruRating! What do you dislike about TruRating?

Users can export the custom questions to an Excel spreadsheet however I would love it if it had the compatibility to export to a PowerPoint or a report-style document, including all the details. For example, store location, date, results, and questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TruRating?

We have been very happy with the feedback provided from TruRating guest survey's. The ability to have flexible questions as well as industry standard ensures our locations are remaining great places to shop providing excellent customer experiences.

The addition of the touch on glass feature has had great adoption and increases our guest responses. We also are using the language features which is a great plus for our non-English customers.

The TruRating portal has been very easy to use and provides simplified actionable reporting from our Store Managers up through the highest levels of leadership.

What do you dislike about TruRating?

At this time, I do not have any downsides. There are always concerns on how much associates are answering for guests but with release of touch on glass there are far fewer concerns as the ease of use for the guest is far better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Verifone Integration and Clear Insights to Boost Compliance"
What do you like best about TruRating?

We’ve appreciated how easy it is to integrate with our Verifone payment gateway, and the fact that it didn’t require any point-of-sale changes. The customer prompt is simple, and the questions are easy to answer, which helps drive higher compliance. Because the feedback is captured at the point of sale when the guest is busy talking to the cashier, fumbling for their payment method, etc., I still question whether the respondent is providing thoughtful vs. rushed feedback on their experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
