We have been very happy with the feedback provided from TruRating guest survey's. The ability to have flexible questions as well as industry standard ensures our locations are remaining great places to shop providing excellent customer experiences.
The addition of the touch on glass feature has had great adoption and increases our guest responses. We also are using the language features which is a great plus for our non-English customers.
The TruRating portal has been very easy to use and provides simplified actionable reporting from our Store Managers up through the highest levels of leadership.

At this time, I do not have any downsides. There are always concerns on how much associates are answering for guests but with release of touch on glass there are far fewer concerns as the ease of use for the guest is far better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
