It has saved me so much time and helped me simplify my workload, and understand my costs and profit margins! **What do you dislike about True Client Pro?** There isn't much to dislike about this software. It is relatively new, so I think there is room to continue to develop user features as the user base expands but I have no complaints. **Recommendations to others considering True Client Pro:** I recently took a private workshop with Mayuri alongside a small group and had a really wonderful experience. While it was a partial design course, the other part was introducing us to True Client Pro and helping us set up accounts and customize them for our business. Using True Client Pro we were able to create floral recipes simply and efficiently as well as use the reporting features to see our proposals, pricing, expenses and potential supplies waste in real-time! This is an incredible asset for any business, but especially a new designer who is trying to create a profit and manage inventory effectively (me!) Overall, the software was a great tool and I look forward to implementing it within my business. **What problems is True Client Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** TCP has allowed me to see where I am wasting supplies, as in over or under ordering florals, and pinpoint my profits. The reporting features are also amazing. There are so many templates and its all customizable. ### 2. I cannot send my clients a monthly reoccurring payment without creating a new project or change the dates. **What problems is True Client Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending my clients branded documents. ### 3. My spreadsheets kept growing and growing too long. With True Client Pro, I've been able to see my leads and clients all in one place for quicker followup.
