
I really love the customer service in Curate. They're on top of it all the time for any questions. Everything is all in one and right there for me to use. I find that with the new version of Curate, there are more tabs to open to fix something, which makes it less accessible compared to the classic version. Everything used to be more at your fingertips. Now, I have to make an extra click in an extra folder to adjust everything, which takes a little more time overall. For someone new to technology, navigating Curate could be difficult because of the many drop boxes and avenues in each feature, making it overwhelming despite the helpful one-on-one onboarding process.
