It offers a centralized place to share information and collaborate across teams and with clients. Tracking progress on projects is more manageable than document sharing and status meetings. Stakeholders and managers can see a snapshot or detailed view of a project and better understand all the moving parts and whether a project will be completed by the deadline, including tracking milestones. It is easier to compile and document requirements and track if those requirements were met. Permissions can be managed for each project or workflow. TraceCloud works well with Agile. Setup and integration can be a bit cumbersome for large-scale projects with many moving pieces. Once set up, it works fine. For those who are not tech-savvy, the process may seem daunting to plan and track everything in TraceCloud vs spreadsheet tracking. Buy-in for all team members to use the product consistently over other processes already in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
