**What do you like best about TotalEclipse?**

We like Eclipse WC because it have very cool features which helps in faster claim processing:
Claim Adjuster Management
Claim Management
Compliance Management
Paper based claims
Quick Processing

**What do you dislike about TotalEclipse?**

No reason to dislike this awesome application. I wish web version of this application will be very helpful for user and some free version available for small scale users.

**What problems is TotalEclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Settling claims is the big challenge for us but thats now handled by Eclipse WC tool. Very easy tool and full of amazing features which makes our claim processing much faster.

**What do you like best about TotalEclipse?**

I am greatful for the ease of use. It is very simple and easy to integrate.

**What do you dislike about TotalEclipse?**

There is not much to dislike. If I had to say something it would be the time it takes to file a claim.

**What problems is TotalEclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have another claiming software and then we switched to this. It was a very good choice since it smoothed the process a lot.

What I like the best is that Clients are saving over 50% of their claims processing costs
