**What do you like best about Tip-Top?**

The platform is very intuitive — I love the ready-made questions by role and level, and the fact that it generates structured feedback automatically.

**What do you dislike about Tip-Top?**

It’s still an early-stage product, so some small features are under development — but the team is super responsive and improving fast.

**What do you like best about Tip-Top?**

The interface is very user-friendly, and it makes collaboration between interviewers simple. Also, we like the predefined evaluation templates, which guide the conversation and ensure that important aspects are not overlooked.

**What do you dislike about Tip-Top?**

As the product is evolving, a few advanced integrations are not yet available. But so far - everything is fine.

**What problems is Tip-Top solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to standardize the way we evaluate candidates. With structured forms, everyone on the team follows the same process, which leads to more objective decisions. It also saves time after interviews and reduces inconsistencies in feedback.

**What do you like best about Tip-Top?**

I’d say the best thing about TipTop is how it takes the heavy lifting out of technical interviews — especially the prep work. It feels like having an extra recruiter or technical interviewer on the team, but one that works instantly and never misses details.

**What do you dislike about Tip-Top?**

Nothing, everything is fine, so I liked everything.

**What problems is Tip-Top solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TipTop streamlines the entire technical interview process, which means faster hiring, better candidate experience, and less stress for hiring teams.
